Visalia Rescue Mission — Local services in Visalia

SHAME on this place, encouraging homelessness is all they do. They are a magnet to the area for garbage, noise, drugs, and nuisances. I live in the area and have to deal with them walking down the street and living in vacant lots.

This place should take a real look at themselves in the mirror. Is it really Christian to encourage people and support such a lifestyle? I think it is only Christian to rehabilitate people.

The prices here are a bit pricy for a thrift store. They are about the same prices at Wall-Mart. The only difference is at Wall-Mart the items are new. Last year the store had better prices specially for low income customers. I doubt Jesus wouldn’t appreciate the price jacking specially for the needy...
