Went here on a Wednesday evening. Parking is a bit tricky as you're not left with too much space to park and leaving to merge on a semi-busy oval street may be hard for some people. There were some people in line.
I ordered a Cheeto Esquite (basically a Mexican Corn on a Cob in a cup). My sister ordered a Raspado de Leche Quemado con Nuez (liquid Mexican candy with almonds). The esquite was pretty good. Sort of bland-ish, wishing it was more spicy. I tried the raspado and that was delicious. Very sweet and hit the spot on a warm day.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place. A perfect spot if you have a sweet tooth, and they have a lot of variety of dessert plates. The lines can be long, so you may have to wait but...

They also have a ice cream shop next door where they have paletas and scoop serve ice cream. I recommend their tequila ice cream.
