Came in a few weeks ago to trade a ton of PS2 games and PS3 games, and the consoles themselves. They gave me a really good deal on store credit (50% of market value).

Unfortunately, my PS2 was dead. My bad for not touching it for a few months. Person who helped me was super enthusiastic about his job and even helped me pry out Silent Hill 4 from my dead PS2, which added to trade in value by a lot.

I went to another location (Escondido) to redeem credit and found out they added more credit after I left. This made me feel like this is a business I can fully trust. They could of left the deal as is and made more, but they chose to do what they felt was right.
