I can't believe I have been driving past the "Coyote Cafe" for over 4 years everyday and have never eaten there. My family and I were looking for a new brunch place to try and I recommended "The Coyote Cafe". The place is big and has a ton of seating options, mostly booths, but there is bar style seating as well. No outdoor eating area, but considering the location, I wouldn't want to eat outside. The decor is original, with giant sized utensils hanging on the walls. The menu has an abundance of selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We all decided to get breakfast even though it was around dinner, but why not. I ordered the country fried steak, eggs, hash browns and toast. This is my go-to at any new breakfast cafe, to judge if I want to come back or not. No lie, this is the best country fried steak I have ever had. It was crispy, tasty, perfect portion size, and now a top contender of "the best food I have ever eaten in my life". Everyone else was satisfied with our meals and we can't wait to visit "The Coyote Cafe" again. This is a must have for anyone who loves...

I went in for a scrambler which includes a side order of your choice. I chose 1pancake as my side. I wanted 2 pancakes so I asked for an additional pancake. The extra charge for one pancake is $3… midway through my meal I realized I was still going to be hungry after so I ordered a side of toast which cost $2. The total for my additional side orders should’ve been $5 (1extra pancake $3 + side of toast $2 = $5) After I got home and checked the receipt I realized she charged me for a side of 2pancakes which is $8 and included the toast as the side that came with the meal. I went back to request a refund the manager wasn’t listening to me at all. I didn’t want to cause a scene over a “$3 difference” so I just left. To me it wasn’t about the money. Its the principle.. It’s about the service and what that waitress did. I did not appreciate that one bit. And the fact that the manager didn’t even want to hear me out or put herself in my position is why I cannot support this...

I've been here twice. The first time I had a waitress that was rude and the food was okay. The second time was very disappointing. I came in with my son after we stopped at Vista Way Cafe and found out it had closed for good. They took our drinks and brought us our drinks shortly. After that we waited for nearly 30 minutes and no one came to take our order. I watched a young couple come in, sit down, wait for ten minutes, then leave without ordering. The table next to me had a family of five that was also just sitting there waiting for about the same amount of time that we were. The weird thing was that there were like 4 or 5 waitresses in the place. We even had a waitress come and mistakenly bring us food that was not ours. I let her know it was not our food and that no one had taken our order yet. She never came back. I finally just got up and went to pay for our drinks so that we could leave. The young lady at the cashier station comped our drinks...

Good! A solid place to get your American Cafe on. Just nothing really memorable. Good sized plastic plates filled with enough to fill you up. Just nothing memorable. Corned beef hash is hailed on the menu as house-made. OK, made in house as characterized by the hashbrown potato slivers scattered throughout the finely, yet tasty, chopped corned beef. Just rather underwhelming. The very good country potatoes on the wife’s plate would make a better, yet repetitive, hash starter. Go figure. The omelet on the wife’s plate was big and satisfying. Again, just underwhelming. Service was pleasant and the overall interior feel says “American Cafe”. Do stop in and give their huge menu a try. Dicks

I grew up in the town where the cafe is at. The cafe has always been busy every time I passed by it came in for the first time I found out why is always been busy. The food is real good and the presentation of it speaks more about it the pancakes and home potatoes are a must.3 different sets of menu for every meal. The waitress are very knowledgeable, kind, respectful, quick, and hardworking. The cafe looks plain and simple which is great in my opinion, not too over the top but not too boring. Overall the cafe is worth going to I certainly enjoyed my experience there.
