This lady was really nice and helpful...at first. I went to this lady and ordered almost everything for my daughters quinceanera. It first started with the dama dresses not arriving on time. She kept says "next week" for like weeks until she told us those dresses couldnt come in the color we ordered. We had to pick out a different style that took longer to get here. Then the week of the Quince, this lady was a disaster!! 4 days before the quinceanera, she lets us know that the tuxedos are in for the boys. My cousin goes to pick them up and the vest and ties are PEACH instead of PURPLE like we ordered. My daughters dress was purple, but this lady tries to convince them that PEACH does kinda go with the dress. UMM NO!! Thats not what we ordered!!! So she says she will send them back and hopefully get the right ones by Friday (day before the Quince). She also forgot to order the last doll and some keepsake keychains I had ordered a long time ago. They she lost a pair of pants she was supposed to fix for one of the boys. Eventually on that Friday, she ended up having everything. But this lady is soooo disorganized!!! She will forget to write things down that you want. Forget to order! And then she will blame it on anyone else but herself! I will not be going to this...

Muy Amable la señora pero para cobrar.

Se me a dado el MAL gusto de ser cliente aqui En su negocio. Me sorprende que todavia sigue ahi despues de aver escuchado tan malos comentarios y no aver mirado ningunas en las redes sociales. Aqui les dejo mis 2 malas experensias en este negocio. ( que mi mala experensias le sirvan para su criterio)

1ra: Despues de aver pagado mi pago completo , la senora me cobro 2 veces a mi tarjeta. Sugerencia no pagen con tarjeta, o ni vallan al local es otra sugerencia mejor.

2nda: Ordene un traje de bautizmo para un ahijado en blanco simple, unos zapatos . Page todo en adelantado y apunto mi numero para segun eya llamarme en 3dias cuando llegaran las cosas. Pasaron 2 semans y no llamo .. Fui al local para recojer los encargos y me entrego un traje que no fue el que pedi, se lo pase. Ahorra los zapatos me queria entragar unos zapatos que estavan horribles. Y cuando le dije que esos no fueron los que le encarge me dijo que si queria esperar una semana mas para ordenar otras, ahi fue cuando mejor le dije que me entregara mi dinero paratras.

Sugerencia; no vallen ahi , mas que quieran mal servicio y problemas con sus ordenes. Hay otros negocios que ofrecen mejor servicio al cliente y en verdad te ayudan por que han estado en el negocio un buen tiempo.

Al fin de cuentas ustedes trabajan duro por su dinero, y ustedes sabran como gastarlo.

This place is nothing but bad business.

Making a long story short, ive had two bad experiences and that was enough to make a solid decision to never go back and to ensure none of my friends and family go to this place to avoid them a headache. And well who ever bothers to read reviews about places before they make any sort of purchase.

1st : lady charged 2x my debit card. Suggestion; dont pay with debit use cash if you must buy your items here.

2nd: (order a few items and payed in advance cash)Order a suit and she gave me one I didn't even order and not like for that matter. Also she try to give me shoes that I didn't order and look really crappy . So i asked for my money back.

Suggestions: dont shop here unless you want bad customer service and to be sold stuff that you dont want ( sucks for people who dont know how to say NO) there's plenty of places that offer good customer service and have been in that business for a long period of time.

Well those were my experience and ill leave it to your criticism. Its your hard earned money and you can spend it...

I have no idea how this place has been open for so long. I went in june of this year to place and order of table center pieces. This was easy 2 month time frame to make 10 sofia center pieces. I went on monday to see if she had them ready. I have no idea where on earth she thought I had canceled my order. I told her if i had cancelled i think my receipe would not say paid in full. Any ways I still let her finishes the center pieces. I went yesterday. I have never been sooo upset at someone lime this before. One they were horrible. Second o ordered them with candy boxes with candy. She gave them to me w out candy. I took them all apart and re did everthing again. Never im my life have i felt like i just trew money to ths trash.
