I want to start with the positives, the Unit 713 haunt was decent and had great actors. My brother and I utterly loved that one. The manor haunt was better designed but the end was slightly messed up for us. (More into that after.) The vibe of this place was amazing and all of the actors and staff were nice. Music they had playing was great most of the time although other customers didn't care for it much.
Now for the negatives, we drove 2 hours to be here and paid 100 dollars for 2 vip tickets. There was only 2 huants and the third "haunt" was non existent in design. They classified the selfie area a "haunt" and that's just not at all worth it. The vip lanes were barely noticeable due to the signs hanging from the ceiling, nobody looks up at these places. And continuing on the negative we paid 100 dollars for 2 attractions and only were able to go through once. Once each. Wrote on our wrist bands and that was it. Drove 2 hours for 3 attractions got 2, and didn't get our money's worth in either of our eyes. For posting on Facebook, we got a rag. A rag. When they gave out better things other weeks. And when 12 rolled around the place was practically empty and actors were told they were leave. They then sold 5 more tickets past that time and actors were told to come back right after they were told to leave. Big red flag for me as a customer. I love haunted houses and things to the sort, but this place has way too many issues. If none get fixed I don't see it lasting to Halloween at all.
Another thing they said they have a no touch policy but my brother was grabbed to be strapped to a table and spun which we were both cool with because it was fun as all get out. However we walked in expecting such, after talking to some of the staff we only learned after that it was a no...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI enjoyed the attractions very much! The horror aspect was great in all of the parts. The first section of the haunt was amazing, also my favorite, and the scare actors in that area were so funny and did an amazing job, including most of the waiting line scare actors! I was scared to go around the corners in all attractions because I did not know what to expect next. It was awesome.
However, the in between parts were a bit confusing and poorly laid out in some areas, and actors/staff ignored us when we got confused and asked for a little guidance. The scare actors after the first haunt were rude and had zero humor, unlike the first part and other haunted attractions I have been to before. I ignored it at first because I thought that it might be them āin character,ā but it was more-so poor acting as characters before and a couple after had shown it was the acting and lack of sense of humor while remaining scary. Being rude is not scary.
Otherwise, I highly recommend for the horror aspect, but the actors made it less enjoyable instead of fun, and my friends and I got bored after a while due to the immersion being...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here thinking it would be awesome I love the haunted stuff, but this was the worst one I have been to, the actors scream in your ear the whole time and rush you when it wasn't busy. First impression when walking in the music playing didn't fit into the theme of being haunted, then the actors scream in your ears and rush you to go faster I felt like I paid money to get a headache and be rushed I go to these haunted attractions to check out the props and be spooked. I can honestly say this place was non scary if you wanna pay to be rushed and listen to rap music and I have like 10 mins of people screaming in your ears and have nothing authentic then this is the place to go. I was very disappointed, nothing to draw you in to give you the scary feeling! save your money go...
