We visited the farm last weekend and had a wonderful time. We chose to visit the farm after seeing the cheese caves described in the Texas Monthly magazine. FYI, the cheese farm is part of the Homestead Heritage village, which includes a café with homegrown food and traditional homemade crafts from pottery, grain products, woven and wooden crafts (furniture, quilts, clothes, etc). We went down inside the cheese caves and got to watch the worker prepare some of the cheeses. You can easily spend a half or whole day here and enjoy walking around the village and eating lunch. Great activity for a romantic weekend or family time with the kids. The general store features many seeds and materials for home gardens, preserving and canning, etc. The Dr. Pepper museum is also close by so all of this together made for a great weekend...

Dried fruits, flavored vinegarattes, candles, keepsakes, jams & candy. I bought 3 cheeses after trying some samples they had out. I AM IN LOVE WITH THE MARINATED LABNEH. Perfect with crackers. They also had fresh goat cheese infused with cranberries and it was divine. She suggested we go see the Cheese Cave! It was located a few steps beside the shop. You walk down the steps and you can see LOADS of cheese wheels. It was amazing !!!! 10/10 if I didnt live so far I would probably regularly visit this place ! Prices: Brie : $11.76 (paid $6 was 50% off) Parmesan:...
