BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL OF THEIR MECHANIC ALVO!!!! My power washer had problems with the burner. I took it in and Alvo wanted me to take my machine to his house to work on and not the store. I declined and Alvo didn't like that. Ended up saying my machine needs a new motor and pump which it did not but Ended up buying them. After almost $3000 dollars my machine had the same problems and now my rupture disk keeps blow up. Alvo told me to put a bolt in it and it would be fine. I ended up going to another northern tool and found out the motor and pump I bought from northern tool through Alvo doesn't even match my serial numbers on my machine. Sold me a stolen motor he had and pieced together a pump and said it was new. Northern Tool refused to do anything about it and blew me off. I have videos to prove everything I said is the truth. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS STORE!!!!
I'm mean you could give me a new motor and pump since that's what I paid for. The ones I have now, the serial numbers don't match my receipts, so I don't even have a warrant on my new motor and pump. Plus, my pump is already acting up. I still have my original fuel filter, he didn't ever give me a new one. You're basically telling everyone on here that you know that your mechanic screwed me over and the best you do is fire him?? Try making it right with me. I came in in beginning of February and paid an extra 300 dollars to have my machine worked on the next day. All to get screwed around until the end of April beginning of May. Do you know how much work I got screwed on? How about the 7 trips back and forth to your store. Why, all to be called a liar and told I was purposely destroying my machine. To pay almost 3k dollars and already have problems with a pump I have no warranty on. I still have the paper your manager signed stating he will honor my machine no matter what....    Read moreThe staff has no clue what they are doing and the young dark haired girl is lazy and rude. After not being acknowledged I asked where an item was located so I didn't have to walk the whole store with recent hip replacement and of course my husband found it before girl could find it on the computer. After getting to the register no apology was given for not helping and she went back to ignoring anyone walking in the door because she was busy making little signs for crap. When getting into my car I realized the item was already open so I went in and asked for a closed one from the same girl. She of course had to look to the manager to know where it was. Girl and young man go to look for it and neither can locate it in a timely manner so I told the girl maybe she learned something today and of course she had nothing to say except the rude smartass OK. This isn't the first time they've screwed up. Last time it was wrong price and promises given that were wrong. We were supposed to get credit for moneys owed but instead we got chicken scratch from manager on receipt đ. Again, STAFF HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I will gladly drive to a further location...
   Read moreThe manager named Jesse âhelpedâ me. He said he would order a welder for me since it wasnât in stock. He did not order it. I came in twice and during the second time, I asked the other manager named Sedrick to call Jesse. Sedrick was typing on the computer so he put Jesse on speaker. While standing and waiting patiently, Jesse starts talking about how I am trying to steal a welder and they need to recheck the camera. Sedrick stops him and says they already checked. Jesse continues saying that â95% of the time, itâs the costumer that messed up.â I ended up having to call my husband and tell him what I got him for Christmas, because Jesse was acting like he wasnât going to help resolve the problem.
By far the worst customer service that I have ever experiencedâŚ. Donât walk, run from this store....
