TLDR: San Jose Jewelers do amazing work with their gorgeous jewelry and ensure that each and every single client have a fantastic experience. Cel, Jeff, and Raul are maestros in their work. We will be coming back.

My sisters and I have all bought our graduation rings from San Jose Jewelers. The process is super easy and they are very flexible on payments. They have a variety of different styles to choose from and you can modify or create a ring idea from scratch. This flexibility and their superb costumer service is why we have purchased 3 graduation rings from San Jose Jewelers.

It was unfortunate that we had some slight issues with 2 of the rings. I wear mine daily, and due to this, the customized seal popped off from the extreme wear (I never take it off and I play sports with it on). Additionally, one of my sisters had a reaction from her beautiful ring due to her sensitive skin. This is super rare but it can happen. Because we now had 2 rings that needed looking at we made the trip down to Waco to see what they could do.

When we arrived at SJJ, the friendly staff assisted us right away. Cel was able to hear our concerns and understand what was going on, he got right to work. SJJ have some sort of Lifetime Customer Satisfaction warranty, so if there’s something wrong, they will do what ever they can to leave the showroom happy. You can also call them and they are always helpful.

My ring was able to get fixed in less than 20 minutes. The seal was added and ensured that it would not be popping off again. My sisters ring was more complicated than that, after Cel asked us a couple of questions, he was able to narrow down why my sisters skin was reacting to their ring. The staff at SJJ could have just bathed the ring in a bath that would make it hypoallergenic, however, since this would only be a temporary fix they wanted to ensure that we would not encounter this problem. Cel was able to speak to Jeff who gave us several options on how to move forward. We were able to leave with 2 rings fixed and 3 clean sparkling rings on our way back home. The jeweler , Raul, was able to do a fantastic job and had us out the door to get back home in no time.

My husband had the most extraordinary experience working with Adam and his team at San Jose Jewlers. This team can only be described as a bunch of absolute PROs at everything they do. They found me a 2 karat round diamond and proceeded to custom designed my engagement ring in rose gold! The result was a one-of-a-kind master piece!!!

San Jose is my jeweler for life! Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced!! I don't normally write reviews but San Jose definitely deserves all the stars. I ordered my custom Baylor ring through them 4 years ago and get compliments on it weekly. About a year ago a small stone in the band fell out. I mailed it in and they replaced it at no cost and shipped my ring back at no cost as well. They truly stand behind their products! This past August I ordered my custom wedding band through them and they worked with me to design it perfectly. I mailed them diamonds from my Mom's and Grandma's bands as well as my MIL's band for the gold. I was pretty nervous about mailing them but they let me know immediately when they received it to calm my nerves. It is the most sentimental, precious item I own now. To top it all off, at Homecoming this year I went in to have them solder my rings together. They did it with no appointment and in only 2 hours. I pulled my wallet out to pay upon pick up (as I had gotten a few quotes elsewhere so I knew it cost something but everywhere else had a two week turnaround time) and he said no charge! Made my day.
