Little Round Still — Local services in Wadena

Saturday six of us headed in to town for some libations since here and a brewery are directly across the street from one another! We opted to sit in the comfy cute little lounge area next to the distillery and just outside the tasting room door. A spacious area w a very large mural of....maybe the community? Just though the tasting room entry is all the merch. They were running a sale of $10 off anything w the purchase of a cocktail. I liked the tables; barrels but they weren't on the floor, they had casters on the frame to easily move them about. Inside the tasting room across from the merch is smaller lounge seating area! The Bartenders were friendly and brought out our drinks when they were all prepared. Four had the 8 year rye Old Fashioned, one Berry Smash and I opted for a regular Old Fashioned. All our palates were happy w our whiskey drink choices!! So much so... three bottles of the 8 year rye whiskey were purchased! The distillery was formerly an unsuspecting JC Penney. Little Round Still is a fantastic place to grab a delicious, reasonably priced cocktail in a quiet, inviting and relaxing space. Cheers Little...

If you love a new, fantastic drink menu you must come here! The distillery is fantastic, decor is cozy and inviting and mid century vibes with fabulous lighting and nothing loud or obnoxious. The drinks were done perfectly and all tasted amazing. We each had 2 very different drinks, so tried 4 total and then bought 2 bottles before leaving. I have enjoyed visiting the tasting room a couple of times in the last few years. The spirits are well-made, and the hand crafted drinks are unique and delicious. I think it's always special to support a local business as well - it's a win-win visit.
