Really nice place, casual vibes with home town feel. We ordered steak bites, chicken sandwich and a burger with the tots. How can you not get the tots?! They were very fresh and delicious. My husband loved his burger and my sandwich was good but very garlicky. The steak bites were good, but ordered rare and more like medium. Still good tho. Our waitress was amazing! She worked so hard with a smile and took care of the whole room, fast and efficient and kind. Very nice to have a good server! The place was very clean and family friendly. Ordered a burger and fries and it was a very dry and charred burger. Wasn’t able to eat it and sent it back not wanting another one because it left a bad burnt taste in my mouth. The waitress said I needed to say if I didn’t like my burger cooked all the way through…. This was an overkill but I also wasn’t even asked how I would like it done in the first place. They still made us pay for it even though I couldn’t eat it and gave us a gift card to try again. It was a Sunday road trip and we stopped in Wadena and found a nice local bar and grill with excellent steaks. We were both extremely satisfied with our steaks well seasoned and cooked. The portions generous and just best steaks either of us ordered in a long time. I had a ten ounce ribeye and just delicious. I also had a loaded baked potato and a salad with blue cheese dressing.
