Hopefully this shows up underneath all the obvious bot reviews. This store is such a scam it’s not even funny. After having my screen replaced, my screen started spitting static and touch functionality was extremely glitchy. After being told by Apple and AT&T that it would cost in the triple digits (with cellular insurance) to have it replaced, i decided to try to get my money back from the store.

Mike, the same technician who replaced my screen the first time threw a fit saying i was attacking him and blaming him for my screen’s errors. a typical scammer’s script which didn’t work on me in the slightest. i ended up getting some of my money back but i cannot stress enough how illegitimate and shady this store is.

The craziest part about all of this was when i told him about how i explained to AT&T my phone was flashing error messages about an “unrecognized display,” is response to me was “well why did you even tell them about the error messages”

I called to get a quote for a screen replacement and was told it would be around $60 but when I arrived they suddenly said it would be $160 I agreed because I was in tough situation after attempting to repair they couldn’t fix it and handed my phone back in part saying I can’t do it take it like this I asked them to at least put it back together and they refused I took it to another shop and they told me all my data had been wiped everything was gone I only came in for the screen replacement they ended up making things worse very disappointed with how unprofessional and careless...

I will never shop here ever again. They sold me a STOLEN IPHONE. When I asked for a refund they told me they didn’t do refunds. I stated I didn’t want to do business with someone that’s selling stolen phones. After threaten to get the cops involved the guy offered me a partial refund. I denied!! He then offered a different phone with more GB. I decided to take it because I really needed a phone and the phone I received had a camera that wasn’t recognized by apple. A swollen battery and mother board issues! DON’T SHOP HERE.. THEY SELLING STOLEN AND HORRIBLE...
