I love Beijing. While I cannot comment on all their dishes, my favorite is the Diet Steamed Chicken and mixed veggies with garlic sauce and their always perfect white rice. Of course the sauce and rice makes it not diet anymore but that spicy sweet garlic sauce sure makes life worth living. The steamed veggies are always fresh and perfectly cooked. Bean sprouts are the only veg I wish I could add. This dish is my go to. I love it so much I haven't ordered any other dish. The chicken on a stick appetizer is also so darn delish. Bei Jing is the absolute best Chinese food I have ever tasted. Their ingredients are always fresh and cooked to order. I can't tell you how many times I've been disappointed with other Chinese food restaurants, especially in this area. But Bei Jing has never disappointed me when it comes to quality, freshness and taste. A cut above the rest and I'm so glad I live close to this location because I'll never order Chinese food...
