I messaged the Facebook page on November 29th wanting a custom sweatshirt for my mom for Christmas and was told it could be done and all the details, she said she would make a proof for me to make sure I liked it. She never got back with me so about 4 days later I messaged again and she never replied so I gave it a couple days then called and she wasn’t in but the girl said she’d have her call me, never called. This morning I called and asked if she could get back with me so I could find another option if she can’t make it, the girl said she would make sure she called me back and she never called, so this evening I called again and the girl said “i talked to her, she said she can’t” I would have liked to know that 2 weeks ago.
