The Hunts brothers operation inside this store is terrible. Second time in a row I've ordered food ahead and it was not made when I showed up to pick it up. First time I ordered two pizzas and was told 30 minutes for wait time. Showed up 28 minutes later and they were just starting to prep the pizzas with a queue 4 deep in front of our order. The owner called me later that night to chastise me for not coming to get them and told me I showed up early and they would have been done soon. Tonight we called in an order for 2 pizzas and wings, we were told 20 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later and the staff are leaning on the counter socializing with friends and had not even started to make the food. I would love to support local businesses more, but with service like this it's kind of hard too. It's not like there aren't 3 other places in Wagoner for Pizza.
Response to Owner: While I can appreciate you trying to save face I feel some things should be clarified. First, lets agree to disagree on the first call and just say the truth lies somewhere in between. The pizzas either were not done, or would not have been done by the 30 minute time you claimed. It takes 7 minutes for a hunts bros pizza to run through the Lincoln Implinger. With a 4 pizza queue in front of my order and a 3 minute gap between starting/stacking pizzas in the oven it would have been AT LEAST 25 minutes before my order would have been done from the time I arrived. But then there is the claim as to my second call... Yes I do have a unique spelling to my first name, HOWEVER the second order we placed with you was placed from my wifes phone and under my wifes name (a very common name and spelling). There was no disclosure of pre payment, there was no indication that the order was for me as you claim since my wife placed it under her name and asked I go pick it up. So when I showed up on time and the ticket was sitting by the prep area there was no information provided or payment requested. Just a couple of teenagers with confused looks and no answer. I wish your business the best, but you...
Read moreMy daughter and I went here and we were so excited to find a place close by that had saltwater taffy. This is a very cute store and it looked like they are trying to have a nice selection of candies and fun. Wagoner really needs this. We got a little over a pound of the saltwater taffy (which was $16. a lb). and some other candy. Sad to say that when we tried the taffy later that day there were several stale pieces, some so hard it was more like a hard candy than taffy. This was very disappointing! Hopefully it...
Read moreThis place is awesome for kids and teens. There's a candy shop, snowcones, rolled ice cream, bottled soda and more! I only gave it 4 stars because I didn't actually play any games so I can't judge them. But the facility is nice and it's a cool place to hang, I just think some music should be on nice and loud to attract...
