I had a very unfortunate experience with this salon. I was looking for a new salon as I recently moved. During my booking I stated I had been getting my hair bleached for four years and was told they could offer me a partial or full foil. Although it’s uncommon to bleach using foils I have had that processing done in the past, so I assumed this was their technique. I drove an hour to the appointment and it was not until I got in the chair that I was told I could not get a bleach—they only do babylights at this salon. There is a 30% cancellation fee should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment (which would have been around $90) plus the stylist told me she felt that she could give me beautiful babylights even tho that wasn’t what I had booked. Given that I had already driven an hour to the salon and was seriously overdue for a service I decided to give it a try, plus I didn’t want to be charged $90 for the privilege of dropping by. (The owner told me that I would *not* have been charged and that this was an assumption?? on my part despite the policy being clearly stated on their site—past experiences with other salons have taught me) Despite being disappointed that the service I had booked was not actually offered, I was alright with the compromise. That was until less than a week out from the appointment my hair became extremely brassy. I reached out to get a refund—given all the facts I felt this was reasonable. I had booked a service, driven an hour to the salon only to learn the service was not offered, accepted their alternative only to have it look worse than my natural roots. This is an expensive service and I feel it’s reasonable to expect a salon *specializing in blonding* would not give you brassy hair. The owner did call me and we discussed the issue. Her solution was to have me return to the salon for additional babylights (again, not the service I had booked). When I asked who would do this for me she told me it would be the same stylist. I asked her why I would trust my hair to that stylist again and she told me my hair had turned brassy because it was that stylist’s first time working with my hair. Again, I have been getting my hair bleached for four years and this is the first time it’s turned out this badly. I am willing to pay those prices to get my hair platinum, I am unwilling to pay those prices to get my hair brassy and undergo further damage to fix it. She also said that what I had asked for during the booking was unclear—despite every other salon I have worked with and every salon I had reached out to understanding the same verbiage. She also said that since I had accepted the babylights it was on me. I expressed the concerns I had about the stated cancellation fee and she told me i was just *assuming* I would have been charged per their policy but I should have asked about it at the time of consultation. Regardless, I now need to get my color corrected and actually bleached, and I would like to have the money back that I budgeted for this. Additional babylights will only further damage my hair and prevent me from getting my hair done properly for longer. At this point I have talked thru the issue with the salon owner exhaustively and am chalking this up as a rather expensive lesson.

Based on my experience, if you're aiming for a specific shade of blonde especially for an important occasion you may want to avoid this salon: it’ll save you money and tears. The photos below show the final result compared to the icy blonde I requested. I visited this salon requesting a bright, icy blonde look for my WEDDING hair. I'm a natural dirty blonde and had been growing out my hair for 4 months to maintain dimension and thickness around the scalp. The result appeared uneven and patchy, with the top noticeably yellow. It also removed all the dimension I had been growing out. I reached out to the stylist afterward, and she agreed to tone it. We discovered that she did not leave the foils on long enough where there was growth which is why the yellow appeared and said she didn’t have time in her schedule to refoil the areas that hadn’t lifted properly. We ended up agreeing to do four foils on top as a partial correction. The appointment, including bleach and toner, cost $400 for underdeveloped, patchy hair for one of the most important days of my life. COMMENT RESPONSE: Since the owner has the comments off.. I appreciate the response, but let’s set the record straight for clarity and transparency. Since this is public now, I want to provide an accurate account of what happened for the benefit of others considering this salon for their blonding needs. Kelly, when we initially discussed my hair, looked me in the eyes and said, “I normally don’t promise platinum blonde, but since your hair is already naturally so light, I don’t see any issue getting it there in one session.” That was her professional assessment, and I trusted it. If lifting a natural level 7–8 isn’t possible in one session, that’s fine, but it’s misleading to advertise as blonding specialists. Kelly also didn’t follow the toner formula I requested. I gave her the exact toner from my previous stylist, but she double-checked with the owner at the bowl, and they decided to use a different formula — a level 10 toner instead of the level 9 I had requested. That decision was made at the salon’s discretion, not mine. Additionally, Kelly acknowledged that she didn’t fully develop my hair during the process. She told me the toner wouldn’t be able to fix the roots (reason I went back) because the hair hadn’t been properly lifted. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was told there was no availability, no assistant scheduled, she did not have time to refoil my head. I left the salon with patchy roots, yellow midsections, and no solution, and a $400 hole in my pocket. Lighting can’t hide poor technique, and it’s disheartening that my experience has been downplayed. I kept my original review respectful, but since the response misrepresented my experience, I feel it’s important to share the full truth for future clients. Ultimately, a trendy salon atmosphere can only carry a business so far. If you can’t deliver the results you promise or take accountability when things go wrong, word gets out quickly. Blondes: please be cautious. There are stylists who truly take your needs seriously, and I encourage you to find someone who can help you achieve the results you want and if they do make a mistake they find the time to fix it.

First timer here! It’s been an incredibly long time since I’ve gotten my hair colored or even cut. I’m very picky so I find myself letting my hair go untouched. As I approach my 40th birthday I wanted a change! I’m blown away by the art that Isabella created to my hair. Quite honestly I can’t even believe its my hair! I feel like a magazine picture lol. She did a before and after picture and I’m so glad because it’s truly mind blowing! Never would I have ever though this could really be my hair! Absolute transformation. The salon is super cute and CLEAN! Clean is so important to me And I totally observe every little thing and this place is very clean! I found this place to be different in the sense that Isabella truly listened to me. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but rather the couple things I knew I didn’t want. She was patient and kind and took the time to ask a lot of questions and be really sure before she started. She consistently asked me if I was good or needed anything, when it was time to lay by the wash bowl she checked on me and continued to ask me if I was good or needed anything. I appreciate that because often times in other places over the years they squeeze other clients in while your are processing and then forget you forever. That is not the case here at all. I noticed Each person had their stylist the whole time (at least I think - that’s what I saw anyway) and I love that! I never felt neglected- but rather super cared about and it was really nice! I left feeling on top of the world for both how my hair turned out but also for my experience as a whole. Hands down the best place to get your hair done! Adding my before and after photo!

The comment below from the salon is extremely misleading and not true. I did not make insensitive comments about anyones weight I was asking which girl I was speaking about and I said the “heavier set lady.” That is not insensitive I was describing a person. Also I was not belittling to anyone, I said my hair was horrible which is true. You did not make it a priority to bring me in, you did not work with my very busy schedule. You sent me dates that worked for YOU ALL not ME, when I said those dates didn’t work you sent me two times that were both on the same day. The appointment I had I cancelled with FOUR HOURS not TWO hours of Notice and it was due to a MANDATORY meeting at WORK!! No one ignored you I thought I responded and when I went to check my texts I realized I never sent the message. To just tell me you are not going to fix it after explaining and being upfront from the beginning about my limited availability and explaining how I’m in and out of appointments with my son is EXTREMELY INSENSITIVE. The COLOR was more than one shade darker you couldn’t even see any highlights at all. Do NOT LIE to try to make yourselves look better

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone !! They are so incredibly unprofessional. I asked for a certain balayage look and and cut and the results were nothing like they promised. I was literally in tears. I spoke to the owner over the phone as I did not want to pay $300 for a very poorly done job. She said there was nothing she could do about the price and that the work was still done. While I understand the work was still done it was not a $300 worth job. They said they would bring me in to fix it and I explained my time was extremely limited between having to work full time, having to attend to a high needs child, and the rest of my family. All the options she gave I could not make work. I reached out yesterday to see when I could come in bc I hadn’t been able to and the owner Caitlyn told me that there was nothing else they could do. That it was almost a month later and that the policy was one week after service to fix it, not once was this communicated to me and basically told me I was not a good fit for the salon. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. All they care about is the MONEY! Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Salon don’t waste your time or money . They pride themselves on being balayage experts and they are NOT even close to that. Horrible experience. For some reason it won’t let me post the pictures but will figure out how so...
