Chicken Express — Restaurant in Wake Village

Update 6-20-23 Not happy today. I went with Hot wings in mind and they don't have any of them anymore. Not bone-in, not boneless. Nothing. They said they won't have them anymore. I'm very disappointed. I ordered 4 PC tenders instead which is always good but I wanted bone-in hot wings. I don't know why they've gotten rid of them. But I will say this my 4 PC tenders had 6 full size tenders in it and my husband's spicy 4pc had 5 in it. Maybe if they stopped throwing free food out the window they could keep the wings? Just saying... 😡 Update 11-8-21: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ What happened to the Hot wings? I ordered them tonight with a 7 pc tender. I got boneless wings/nuggets. They were alright but not what I expected. I really love the bone-in wings and drumsticks. They have so much flavor and crunch! Bring them back. I hope the boneless was just temporary.

I went to the drive through on 5/28/24 around 11am and ordered the #1 with an extra roll and fried pickles and received the order after a few minutes. I then pulled forward to get out of the line and checked the order it was missing the four piece chicken tenders, so I parked went in and explained what happened, the lady at the counter didn’t believe me so I retrieved the box to show her. She did give the chicken that was missing however when I got home and handed the food to my pregnant wife I noticed the large coke on the rim had what looks to be blood of some kind. I did not appreciate the insinuation of being a liar and the fact that blood was on or in my wife’s drink. Extremely pissed...

Went to Chicken Express 31/12/2022 at 7:36 p.m., I got 3pc meal 2 breast 1 leg reg mash reg mac n chz, got home everything was cold meat hard sides as if they where there for hour's, no flavor within the meat I tasted, call the store an asked for a member of management an she asked me to bring it back, I was already home an I wasn't getting back out, I didn't recognize any members so I'm assuming this is a whole new crew, the cashier (male) curly hair jump in an took my order when his team member was on the phone texting, I give him a A+ an he even got me to buy 2 gallon...
