I don't often write reviews but my experience here was so good I needed to: I was experiencing a weird noise in my car. Alarmed, I made an appointment and brought my car into Brownie's the next morning thinking it was maybe a suspension issue. The staff at Brownie's was super professional, friendly, and kind.They thoroughly inspected and lifted my vehicle (twice!!) just to make sure everything was working properly. We think it wound up being an issue with my tires that was causing the noise since everything in my suspension and breaks look great. But anyway, all that to say, I am DELIGHTED with my experience and will absolutely pass along their information to any friend or family member that is experiencing car trouble. As a female that is extremely ignorant to anything car related, it would be easy to take advantage of my limited knowledge and up-charge me. Brownie's did not though. They were respectful, honest, and hardly charged me anything for all the time they put into my issue. I am so delighted and thankful. This place is an absolute joke. My fiancee brought her car here and Brownies diagnosed and fixed what they claimed the issue was. Charged my fiancee only for us to drive away and the issue to still persist. Took the car for a second and lo and behold, Brownies failed to diagnose bad shocks and a wheel bearing that was in terrible shape. Glad we spent 60 bucks for absolutely nothing.

Look elsewhere, take your car to Precision Tune Auto where the mechanics can actually diagnose a critical issue properly. Glad we got a second opinion. It seems like the people in the 5 star reviews went to a completely different mechanic. In fact, when I took my personal vehicle here I had a good experience a few months back. Over the last 30 years, I entrusted my many vehicles to the fine folks at Brownie's. I quickly learned that owner Michael Blue will always be honest with you. Mr. Blue is more interested in courteous, honest service, rather than trying to make a quick buck. Mike knows that trying to make a quick buck would really suck. Michael Blue will tell it to you true.

Brownie's also stands behind their work. Michael Blue always tells people if you have any problems, please bring it back, and he will put it up on the rack.

The honest, customer service is what keeps me coming back. I know Brownie's will never give me the sack. So go to Brownie's and ask for "Big Mike." That is something you will truly like.
