Y'all gonna think I'm crazy but this Pizza Hut makes good pizza. Same as when I was a kid.

Is it artisanal with fresh mozzarella and basil from a raised bed behind the kitchen? Heck no. Is it served to you buy a guy named Tony with a Brooklyn accent? No.

Not the best in pizza you've ever had, but far from the worst. That being said, this pie has more going for it than just the flavor of cheese and sauce and crust...

I really want to like this location, it's a small town, I like the food, and I'm sure the people who are work here work hard, but there have just been too many blunders. 1:20 to get a delivery once. Absolutely chaos in store for pickup another time. 6-7 workers frantically trying to figure out all the orders and customers in line/drive through. Guy came in who never received his delivery. It's clear they just don't know how to properly handle surge / triage. I feel like I'm pretty sympathetic and willing to wait, but I had to be persistent to get my order that was sitting on the oven for 20minutes.

Something has changed with their crust edge, like they don't brush it with butter or something anymore? It comes dry and shriveled like day old pizza crust. This has been the case for two...

The staff look like they are attempting to make the experience enjoyable - and it was, once I got my pizza. I waited for much longer than necessary, on multiple occasions and meals. The last time I was here, I was still waiting for someone to take my order (at least 25 minutes. Ridiculous.) And another couple already had their food after they arrived ten minutes after I did with my party: all because the waitress knew them personally. Food is good quality, but not such that warrants the wait time. Don't know if the building is understaffed or lazy, but whatever the reason it is...
