I really want to like this location, it's a small town, I like the food, and I'm sure the people who are work here work hard, but there have just been too many blunders. 1:20 to get a delivery once. Absolutely chaos in store for pickup another time. 6-7 workers frantically trying to figure out all the orders and customers in line/drive through. Guy came in who never received his delivery. It's clear they just don't know how to properly handle surge / triage. I feel like I'm pretty sympathetic and willing to wait, but I had to be persistent to get my order that was sitting on the oven for 20minutes. Something has changed with their crust edge, like they don't brush it with butter or something anymore? It comes dry and shriveled like day old pizza crust. This has been the case for two deliveries now.

I went to the Walkersville location as I usually do. The service was quick and friendly. I normally get pan pizza but forgot this time and accidentally ordered hand tossed. I am quite dissatisfied with the thickness of the two hand tossed pizza I got. Although the crust is a regular size, the pizza itself is very then. This is my only complaint, but is important to my experience at this store.

Let me start off by saying the service here was excellent, the waitress was very nice and the food came in a speedy manner. The quality of the food was great! Also the prices are very good, the thing I live about Pizza Hut is they always have specials on top of the great prices.

This is what y’all hand tossed pizza looks like now? More like thin crust! If I wanted thin crust I would’ve asked for that! Just disappointing because Pizza Hut pizza use to be so fire! Honestly a waste of money in 2024
