Matt's Farm Market & Garden Center — Local services in Wall Township

We've been coming to the Jersey shore for years for a week vacation and amazingly this was the first year we went to a farmstand, and wow, what a difference from the grocery store fair! I could live solely off of their tomatoes and plumbs alone! Had to go back before we left to grab a whole bunch more to take home with us. The folks who work there are also so nice and helpful. The only downside is the lack of parking being right on the main strip in Belmar. There's only room for about 4 or 5 cars on their property. I had to park in the small strip mall adjacent to them and felt guilty, but didn't see any signs that this wasn't allowed, so perhaps these other businesses are liberal about it,...

I've been a customer of Matt's for 25 years. Yes....they have good plants....But their HELP sucks....they are a bunch of smug self absorbed people...I see it starting from top . I always tried to look past it ....NO MORE. I'm done shopping you Matt. Must be in thousand of dollar range over the years. And your register system stinks TOO! Customers should be able to decipher from the receipt what they paid for...without difficulty ...God forbid we ask for explanation too! Lol...see above. Bye bye Matt! Go to Variety Growers in Neptune on 33! Nice....

Went for the corn ~ came home with so much more! 🌽✨

The aroma from the basil was irresistible, so I grabbed a hearty bunch. Naturally it pairs perfectly with tomatoes and the selection here is incredible from ~ heirlooms to Jersey varieties, you really can’t go wrong. I added a fresh local spring mix, a stunning and unique flower bouquet and some plump cherries that I couldn’t stop munching on before I even got to my car 🍒🌸

Such a gem of a spot with amazing local offering, top-notch fruit, veggies, and plants....
