Working with Megan at Wildflowers florist started well. We also received beautiful flowers for our wedding day; unfortunately, I would not use Wildflowers nor recommend them anymore than I already have. Working with Wildflowers started out great and her work was fantastic as Megan was able to bring our floral vision to fruition. However, my wedding coordinator had a small issue with a Wildflowers staff member breaking one of her tall centerpieces vases during wedding setup. My coordinator immediately came and explained the situation to me, telling me she had extra and not to panic but she would be reaching out to Wildflowers for them to replace the vase. The unprofessional and downright nasty treatment she received from Megan was uncalled for. Per Megan’s policy she does not replace vendor items and that is the responsibility of the bride. No problem. But for Megan to call my coordinator’s vases “cheap” and to call her “stupid” for not stipulating in contract that replacement for anything broken is the client’s responsibility, well that is appalling. I was absolutely shocked. While dealing with Megan, my mother and I thought she was a pleasure but we did notice a cooler demeanor when she dealt with my coordinator. Not the end of the world. And upon seeing the final arrangements for the wedding my husband and I were thrilled and thought everything was worth it! However, nothing excuses rudeness and lack of professionalism. To yell at and berate another professional is uncalled for. There’s a proper way to conduct ourselves as professionals and it seems in the end, Megan forgot that. I have no problem covering the cost of the broken vase, that is resolved and not an issue. I just wish Megan’s professionalism matched the caliber of her arrangements. This final interaction has tarnished my experience with Wildflowers and I am no longer able to work with them again or refer friends and family. Thank you for the beautiful arrangements and I hope you’re able to improve your soft skills for future dealings with customers and...

Read moreMegan is truly a master of her craft! From our very first conversation, it was such a joy sharing our wedding day ideas with her and watching how she brought them to life. She was always honest, incredibly creative, and had an artistic vision that instantly impressed us and earned our trust. For our November wedding, she perfectly captured the muted fall tones we dreamed of.
Every detail of the florals was dreamy, elegant, whimsical, and warm — leaving both us and our guests completely speechless. My bridal bouquet, along with the special bouquet I created to honor my mother in place of the traditional toss, have been beautifully preserved and will be cherished for years to come.
