Reading some of these reviews..... some people need to eat before they go shopping and others need to realize that some businesses may be understaffed. As for some other reviews.... ya the service is not so "personal" but then again they get customers like the ones leaving these reviews. I always shop here for my shoes...I always leave with at least 2 pairs of shoes and still pay less than buying from sfc. I love the shoe prices and I always get my disc golf discs from here along with my fishing lisence.....I've never had a problem other than maybe getting help but i can tell they're obviously understaffed and trying to do the best they can. Maybe things are pricey, but that's just for me, considering my income. I work in the customer based industry and I know how things work so when i come in this store and find it hard to get help from an employee when they're obviously understaffed.... but then again....as a shopper I don't want to be bothered by employees. I'll find what I need and if I need help i'll ask someone. I totally understand and have patience with them!!!! The check out... ya, most reviews are right.... should be more friendly and outgoing and helpful and all but with my anxiety and stuff in the first place that makes me wanna "get in an out".... they're kinda perfect in my personal experience. But from a business experience.... the cashier staff should, honestly, be more so called "friendly". Otherwise I love getting my shoes and discs and fishing license from here. Never had no problems with this place. Just a tip for future shoppers here....eat and get enough sleep before you come in. And have patience!!!! The store is very small. When searching for an item for lifting weights, I needed help with location of this Curl Bar. It was bottom shelf, with gloves, board games and small electrical hand held games. No restrooms for customers, and lack of staff delayed because the item I needed took the employee off the floor. I spoke with the Manager about, the difficulty pushing a cart with numerous displays of products in each aisle. This store is the only sport store within 60 miles from our Countryside. A rating of 3 is a good rating. The number of shoppers was no more than 10 people with 4 floor employees. Lack of restrooms, items not displayed in a safe manner, and a OK sport store in a almost hurried, waiting for an shopper injury. I would use other stores, but...
