During this very unusual time we came to you at the last minute inquiring about a poster for a funeral service honoring our mom (who had recently passed), as well as our dad (who passed in 2014). Everyone was so kind and understanding and had us review proofs before processing the final product (which I was able to pick up in plenty of time for the service).
