I am writing about LogoSportswear Order 937061. I placed the order at the end of May for three black fleece sweatshirts with personalized logo I made to give to my mentors for graduation the morning of June 12th which cost me approximately $300. When I received the proof I had to call to make corrections repeatedly. The customer service representatives had to apologize for the repeated mistakes. I told him it is all good as long as I receive the order by June 11th. I even asked him if I need to expedite the order or if he needs to use my personal fedex account. He said not to worry and he will definitely have the order by June 11th. He even sent me a follow-up email to verify this. When it came time to ship the order I received an email, which said it would arrive by June 8th. I then checked the fedex tracking number which said it would arrive by June 12th. I immediately called logosportwear and spoke to a woman who said there was nothing she could do and was then was transferred to a manager. The manager adamantly denied the order would arrive on the 12th even though fedex explicitly stated this. I explained to her that she used ultra-cheap shipping (FEDEx Post which combines FEDEX with USPS and is cheaper than USPS media mail) and that having worked for two multi-billion dollar corporations which both had fedex accounts I used on a daily basis that fedex will deliver exactly when they say they will deliver. I wanted her to call fedex and upgrade the shipping even using my account which fedex only allows the shipper to do not the recipient. She refused and continue to deny it would take 7 days for my package to be delivered even blaming me saying well you got free shipping if it doesn’t arrive in time . I never asked for free shipping once. As a client I gave a date I needed the product by and was guaranteed I would get it by this date. Not once did I receive an apology or acknowledgement of responsibility from your manager. Instead she went ahead and said she will process a return in the rare event I do not receive the items. I am clinician and what she does not realize is the hours I spent working on the design and have it imprinted on the sweatshirts (approximately 8 hours). This was time I could have spent with my sick dad who is currently in the hospital, or studying for my board certification exam I have in 8 days, or time I could have spent with my patients. To add insult to injury I had to spend more time correcting all the mistakes with this order and having to buy alternative graduation presents for my mentors. The package is now with USPS and they said their policy is that they do not allow customers to pick-up packages and I have to wait for a delivery. When I had to decide which vendor to choose to make the personalized sweatshirts I chose logosports because I thought they could get the job done correctly and I wanted to support smaller businesses. I was so close to ordering from LL Bean. Instead this has turned into a nightmare. I am not only disappointed with the service but the rude indifference and lack of professionalism. This would not be acceptable in the two previous corporations I worked for. I definitely will not order from you in the future and I am encouraging anyone else who reads this to save the hassle and just order...
Read moreI placed an order for troop jackets on 9/30. On 10/9 I called to ask a question about the order and was told that I would need permission from Girl Scouts to use their logo. Understandable because Girl Scouts and similar organization have clear policies on trademark and copyright infringement but I wasn't using any of their trademarked logos or copyrighted mottos. I explained this to Jesse and emailed the GS policy to him anyway. We've printed troop t shirts in the past with out issues but our usual company doesn't offer custom embroidery for jackets.
I called Jesse back for a status update on 10/10 and was on hold for 30 minutes. Called back on 11/11 and they still couldn't tell me if they would be able to process the order. I needed an immediate answer so that I could get a refund and re-order the jackets through another vendor to receive them by a community service event date. I ultimately requested a refund. We'll incur considerable additional fees to have the order processed as a rush order with another company. This could have been avoided if Jesse asked about the Girl Scout policy before taking the order and our troop's money instead of waiting a week and telling me what he needed when I called him!
I chose this company after reading positive reviews but beware if you are part of a large organization and plan to use that organization's name and or logo. They may not inform you that they want written permission until after the order is placed which may delay your order or have them not be able to process it.
Update
I am happy to report that Mindy (Supervisor?) from Logosportswear called after I canceled the order to rectify the copyright/trademark issue. I canceled the refund and she had the jackets processed as a priority and had the order shipped overnight. I was able to distribute the jackets to the girls at our Girl Scout meeting on Friday. The girls loved the jackets and their parents were pleased with the quality and the embroidery.
From one star to four! Would have been a five star review if it weren't for the...
Read moreNever again. Purchased shirts that costed $400!!! That’s not the only thing, I paid $41 extra to get the shirts shipped faster so we can have them on time for an event. They were supposed to arrive Thursday 6/29. The event was 6/30th. Cool. The 29th comes, I had to call to find out where the shirts were, Debrah said they should be arriving that day latest by the morning 6/30. 6/30 comes, they email me saying some of the shirts were not shipped due to the fact that they messed up when creating them and it’ll take between 7-10 business days to get new ones.
Called spoke with Daniela she was super rude. She admitted that it was their fault but “human error” and there’s nothing they can do about refunding the $41 for the shipping because they wouldn’t arrive on time. Told them I can even drive there if I have to to pick them up as our wedding event was on that day in the afternoon. She hung up my call. Never met customer service so bad where they admit their mistake and say there is crazy they can do. That is just crazy. One of the shirts arrived, just to find out they didn’t make them the way we even wanted them. We requested for QR code in the side of the shirt, along with our logo in the front, along with people’s names on them. And you can telll they rushed and didn’t do it properly. I called to ask them to cancel the rest of the order due to the fact that they didn’t deliver on time along with the fact they didn’t make them how we wanted to begin with, guess what, Daniela answered again and was super rude basically saying I have no choice but to wait 7-10 biz days for the rest of the shirts to arrive, meanwhile she admitted that they messed up and they have to start all over again.
Terrible experience...
