In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Diamond Bar

I have been eating at in & out since I was a young child. It’s quite a nostalgic place for my family and I. It has always been one of the only fast food places that I know will have great customer service as well as quality food. I’m giving a 2 star review only because I was shocked by my experience yesterday evening at the diamond bar location. My family and I walked up to the window to order take out. The ordering process was great, kind young kid took our order, however, what surprised me and compelled me to leave a 2 STAR review was Because When our order was ready, one of the female employees put the bag of fries on the counter to complete the order, the bag tipped over on the front counter and the fries spilled out of the bag onto the counter, she then grabbed the fries with her hand off the counter and threw them back in the bag. I thought for sure she was going to toss the bag in the trash and get me a new order but NOPE, the male kid just handed me over the bag. I was so shocked, I was actually speechless. I think what through me off the most was that I did NOT expect this from IN&OUT. The company holds their employees to a higher standard than all other fast food places. I’m only writing this review In hopes that leadership can make sure to continue to hold this franchise to a higher standard and not let this type of service continue. Ok, I'll admit right away that this is a "review" of all in-n-outs. Everybody stop for a minute, please. HELLO, I ASKED FOR YOUR ATTENTION AND ONLY NEED IT FOR A MINUTE, TOPS. In-n-out is good. Get it? they are good, not great, not anything over the level of good. I know it's a "thing," everyone loves to talk about how great in-n-out is. That's the problem, though, it's a "thing." I cannot figure why people have this compulsion to swear it's the best burger and fries out there, but, they just do. Reality time, I'll repeat it in case it was too hard to hear the first time. IN-N-OUT IS THE MOST OVER-RATED FAST FOOD JOINT IN EXISTENCE. THEIR FOOD IS GOOD AT BEST, JUST GOOD. (I apologize for all the caps, but I knew that this would be to difficult for some people to hear, I had to yell. Sadly, I'm pretty sure that most of them still didn't hear me and will never admit that there are many better...

Just stopped by at In n Out (11PM) at Golden Spring, Diamond Bar, CA on the way home from Pasadena after watching America Got Talent. There're only 2 employees working inside. However, they were fast, efficient and very detail oriented. Yahaira took our order, she asked all the right questions that we forgot. Watching her working from the drive through window is a work of art: while taking order, her hands filling up the drink, flipping the patties, packing the orders, eyes at the monitor to see what is next, etc. all of that with a beautiful smile on her face. Just 2 of them, but keeping customers at 3windows flowing very smoothly.

In n Out is lucky to have an employee likes her.
