I always come here for convenience sake, but even if I didn’t live close by I’d make a trip past a few other stores to make it by this team. Ross is cultivating a really strong work ethic, which promotes offering assistance to customers like myself, and giving honest opinions about their products. From the drinks to the cheeses most of these team members know what they’re talking about, and if they’re at a dead end they differ up to someone who knows every product. Keep up the strong work and I’ll keep coming back! Whenever I’ve asked for a recommendation for a wine Ross is asking good follow up questions to help curtail a recommendation. I CANNOT say enough amazing things about this place. I'm a member of their circle club (monthly wine club). They're amazing. I've at least liked if not loved every wine I've gotten. This month had a rose and cava (both of which I know I don't like). I called and spoke with Sarah. She's going to hand pick two other wines for me and I'll just exchange the ones I don't want. 2 years ago they used to have an awesome wine tasting event. A great opportunity to educate your palate and compare wines before you forget the last. Each round had an interesting contrasting variety that made me think it was intentionally designed.
