First time using a mobile order for food. I did a Google search for this restaurant and went into their menu. I picked out the items we wanted and put through the order. The good thing is I didn't have to create an account or sign into anything, I did have to verify my phone number so I could be notified when my order was ready. The approximate time given was 15 minutes for pick up. I was notified in 10 minutes that my order was ready. Checking out was easy even though I was paying at the restaurant in cash. The food was delicious. Prices are around the same as others in this area. We haven't been here for a couple of years. Upon walking in I noticed some major upgrades and remodeling they have done. It looks very beautiful and welcoming now. He just yelled at my brother's girlfriend today after she specifically put in her allergy request and called them to confirm it in which, when we received the food, it was covered in the vegetables that she is allergic to. When she called to talk to the owner about the miscommunication, he was rude. Dismissive continuously hung up on her face. What kind of food establishment doesn't take food allergies seriously. Read moreOrdered via Grubhub from this restaurant. They had their own drivers and did not use Grubhub drivers. For personal reasons, I did not tip for the delivery. Also I avail Grubhub+ so that I can avoid delivery charges. 50 minutes after I placed the order, the driver calls me up, claims that he is outside my door, which he was not, and said that because I did not tip him, he would not be handing over my dinner to me! And he left. The audacity! At this point I don’t care how good the restaurant is, is this how you treat your customers?! Could you not just cancel my order rightaway if you saw that I didn’t tip, given the drivers are also your staff? They gave the reason for cancellation in Grubhub as item not available!!!
