Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Waltham

I have been, and continue to be an "Official Google Reviewer", (*For such detailed reviews Google sends me $0 per week... Every week!). So, using those figures, you can rest assured that you're getting exactly what I'm feeling about a business, service, website... etc. What's with the *6 STARS?

Why not just give 5 STARS? That's the Highest Rating. And list some information that supports the earning a 5 Stars Highest Rating/Excellence categorization...

I could have done that. 5 Stars is what every "Information-Age" business strives for and always more than happy to receive. I just felt that strongly that 5 Stars was not high enough.

6 Stars** is what I'll now give great businesses/services and the people who exemplify Professionalism, Personal Service, Amazing Products backed up by their intelligent, well-informed staff that custom-tailors a "Plan" (Meaning: matching the proper "Hardware"/Your Phone/Device/Custom "Protective" cases/Screen Protection Combinations for the Home and Office... or the Construction Site.

The latest High-End Devices from Samsung, LG, Apple, and more. At a low-end cost that places the best device for your budget, along with the best Mobile Phone/Internet/Data Service plan for your needs. And all that is done by a Staff that treats you like a personal-customer, answering questions, helping you choose a service-plan, upgrade one, or switch to a plan better suited to get the most for your dollar.

"Even The Other Side of The Coin Has The Other Side of The Coin" is an ambiguous statement, except in this case it's meant unambiguously. The Other Side of The Coin at 85 River Street Metro by T-Mobile (formerly MetroPCS... Same Ownership & Great Staff) is On-Display In-Store, and Decidedly Favorable.

If You follow "Trends" in the Cellular Phone Industry you'll see Companies offering "Flag-Ship" Devices and Service Provider Companies similarly, often under/after "Mergers" opening "Flag-Ship" stores, as well as "alternative" stores with essentially the same Devices/Hardware with more "attractively-priced" Cellular Service/Internet-Access Plans with Optional incrementally larger (5GB... 10GB... 15GB...) Gigabyte limits. And yes that is 5GB, 10GB, 15GB of High-Speed access, and of course the Plans eventually cap-out if you upgrade yourself to an "Unlimited" GB.Plan. Which is The Other Side of The Coin I eluded to earlier...

When you enter Metro by T-Mobile at 85 River Street, Waltham, Ma. 02453... You enter a "Modern" "Spotless" showroom with everything from Samsung, LG, Apple, etc in their mid-level, great value & performance line-ups, as well as the Top-Of-The Line Devices such as Apple's iPhone X's, and Samsung's Galaxy Series. Tons of Accessories for the Serious Technology Freaks. Bluetooth wireless audio speakers, Personal Headphones, in-ear, over-ear, wireless or connected...It's simple, they are a "Better Run/Managed Corporation", and 85 River Street is a "Better Run/Managed" Chain Location. Allowing for that combination to provide you with the best all-around value OR the best bang for your buck, OR both.

These days, you can often feel like "You're paying 'Too Much' for 'Too Little'"... Everytime I leave River St. Metro by T-Mobile I feel like I got way more than I paid for. That's the 6th STAR!

I've been with metro for a few years now. I would say they are the cheapest when it comes to plans. They have great deals with the phones they have and a decent variety of phones to pick from. The only thing is when I visit this location here is there is always workers who aren't fully educated when comes to explaining there phone deals and plans. Went to switch from T-mobile to Metro. Before I went I spent 2 1/2 with T-mobile trying to get a transfer service 6 digit code number. 2 visits to the store and 3 phone calls I had that. Customer service is awful. I went to metro and Stephanie was above and beyond helpful. Got me a fabulous unlimited rate, set my new service up in no time at all.
