Subway — Restaurant in Waltham

Super disappointed in this place today. We ordered online for a 12:30 pickup, mind you we had ordered from her about 2 weeks ago and showed up 5 minutes (FIVE MINUTES) early and got scolded for being early, and they were not ready. Today, they continued with the customer ordering, which I was totally fine with and then asked if I was there to pick up. He knew which order it was and asked if I was waiting on it, which I confirmed. He never said anything to me about it not being ready and just continued talking with the other customers. What I did not appreciate is that they gave me a hard time before for being early a few weeks ago and now they are acting like its no big deal that they are late. You cannot have it both ways! On top of all of that, they have NO CHEESE. I understand that items are limited due to the current situation, totally fine. The issue I have with it is 1 - I wouldn't have know had I not come in and heard him tell another customer and 2 - he never actually told me, made my sandwiches and never said a word. Why doesn't the app that I am ordering on state no cheese? I paid for something that I requested specifically and would have altered my order had I known. On top of that, he never even said anything! If I could give -20 stars, I would not only did this man who made my sandwich not speak any English when I said no mayo five times he loaded it on my sandwich. This woman who cashed me out decided to ask me seven times while I was paying When my baby was due. I said excuse me and she kept a saying your baby and pointed to My stomach. The audacity of this woman, especially since I could’ve turned around and said to her how’s that transition going.. You know from male to female because you look like a man, but I didn’t did I! I kept that opinion to myself. At the end of the day, you don’t go up to someone and say that to them you have no idea what they are going through, especially in customer service!!! this woman is in the wrong position. After speaking to the owner. I still don’t feel right what she did because after the fact when I told her I am not pregnant, she laughed in my face and said oh sorry never mind. I do not recommend this place. They literally body shame you! That woman should look at her overweight self in the mirror before talking...

Be aware, and NOT order from this store!! Worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant--the manager and the owner are  alike --rude and no ethics. I really wonder if their raw vegetables are even edible since their ethics are not to the code-they would not care about spit in the sandwich at this difficult and unusual time. I really sympathize most of the restaurants at this difficult time and rooting for them, but this store deserved to be out of business 100%. Be aware other restaurants this same owner owns, and avoid them--Newton, Needham, Avon, Wayland etc. The owner name is N Patel, very wealthy business man who owns multiple restaurants but ZERO ethics/morale. I feel sorry for the employee, except the terrible manager. Please avoid this restaurant...
