The customer service at this store is terrible, if not non-existent. I went there to buy an item that the website showed was in stock at this location. I couldn't locate the item in the store, so I asked for help.
The cashier called for someone named Javi to assist me, who I was told was a manager. The alleged "manager" took me to the aisle where he thought the item would be, but it was not there.
After giving me several excuses as to why it was not there (it was sold out, I may have looked at the wrong store online, etc.), he said he would go "check his machine" to see where else it might be within the store. I waited 5 minutes for him to come back, but he never returned, so I went back to the register to purchase the rest of my items and he was sitting in a chair behind the cashier, texting away on his personal phone.

When I took the first one, it was so unbearably bitter that I called my doctor to see if it came in a capsule instead of a pill. They didn't know and told me to call the pharmacy, so I did. The pharmacist answered the phone after a very short hold, looked up the medication, and told me that it came in capsules in a different dosage that I could still take so that the daily mg intake would be the same. My doctor prescribed it for me there, and when the pharmacist told me they didn't have it in stock but another nearby Walgreens did, the Weston St. store arranged for me to get it at the other store AND to apply coupons to the new prescription that I qualified for, which made it much more affordable. Read moreWorst experience ever at Walgreens!!! I scheduled drive-thru COVID testing at this location and it was a long line of cars when I got there 5 minutes before. Cars are blocking entrance way. After 40 minutes of waiting, I was told that it had already passed the daily pickup of COVID testing kits. Testing sample won’t be sent till next day. I also needed to wait till 6 in-store customers having been served because they were short on staff in the pharmacy. So it was another 15-20 minutes waiting… it’s been almost 72 hours since my test date, I still have not seen test results back yet… this really messed up my schedule. I had done testing later in the afternoon at the Framingham store and never had this issue and the results all came back within 24 hours.
