Ivy lost a customer due to her up sale. I will not return. Quotes, one price and then tries to change it and has 1 million reasons why. And as women we go to these different salons and expect to pay what we are told not charged more after the service is done. That affects the tip for the people actually doing the work so I think it’s unfair that Ivy is doing that to the customers and to her employees. And then after the upsell, I had a 10% coupon to give her I can tell she was very upset by having to honor it. Crazy but there’s a bunch of nailshops to choose from. Just like there’s plenty of women that don’t mind their wallet being taken advantage of.

Response: girl we both know you are charging me for half of a pedicure when I asked for you to do the same that you did with my hands. Why did u do that on my hands to change and fix your chrome color but wanted to upcharge $25 to do 5 toes? Ivy it was way more that needed to be charged especially since all my nails you did came off within the week, I’ll update what my chrome (so high class) nails look like post one week! This is after you replaced the pointer nail 3 days after the service! Lady your shop and service sucks. You can see all the chrome off the nail. You can see the nail off, what the customers can’t see is I would have two nails off if the pointer wasn’t fixed.

You can see the poor quality of chrome and of materials. And just because you wanna be rude one day or you’re having a bad day and be rude to your customers you should really think about how you treat others. You obviously don’t care about return clients, And I understand clients are a dime a dozen, but just like we are, you, as a nail shop, diamond dozen. Especially bad ones like this.

Nothing special about this Shop or this owner who doesn’t claim to be the owner when you’re in her face lol She doesn’t want to claim the bad service until you out her in a review. If I’m lying, why are you defending yourself Ivy? And yes, I will enjoy my service elsewhere where there’ll be happy to provide it and I’ll be happy to tip good...

Paid for chrome finish would not recommend from this shop. Also the shape isn’t quite right either for coffin, (but that’s not the complaint). The chrome is already wearing off after a couple days. Then when I called in to pay for a color change because the chrome colors did not match her up sell was ridiculous. I have no problem paying for a service performed, but Ivy was trying to way overcharge. I have had plenty experience with chrome colors and they should not be wearing off within a couple days. I haven’t even had my nails for a week and I don’t do dishes for a living. I don’t even do dishes at home lol When I tried to talk to Ivy, she was very argumentative on the phone, knowing who I was and remembering me, I have a very gentle nature so I don’t appreciate her trying to run over me. I will not return. And I am very disappointed in investing Any money at all in this shop, and to someone who is so unprofessional!!

Response: No one has to lie or get anything for free Ivy, but you can get better at your job! Work speaks for itself post one week!! I could tell you pay to have the good reviews staying at the top because you don’t want the bad reviews exposing your business. And after my nails, coming off, only three days having them done, I shouldn’t have paid anything!!! Why don’t you go ahead and add my tip regardless of what you charged me, mad I saved my coupon. Who wants to pay $5 and sit for hours for nails that fall off and look like trash within 3 days? Three nail’s lifting or off and others to follow with missing chrome. Unlike some of your normal customers, I get chrome on the regular and never does it wear off like you were trying to claim it was a “shadow”, no ivy the chrome is gone and so are my nails now lol so yes happy having someone else take my money!!!

What a horrific experience. I am still in disbelief that this happened to me at the nail salon. I was tortured.

I was doing gal and pedicure. I put my feet into the water and the water was so hot i pulled my feet out quickly and asked for colder water. No problem, she did that. The person (didn't have name tag) was doing my nails asked if I want gal on my toes. I politly said only on my hands, thank you. She started taking polish off my toes, but so messy it was all over my feet, she then was cutting skin around nails and some of the skin she was pulling out, and i was pulling my feet away and in agony making noises letting her know it hurts she then pulled my feet towards her to pull out the rest of the skin, then she showed me like she needed to do that. Then the same happened to my other foot. Then she started massaging my legs, she did that so roughly i almsot asked her to stop, then she stared massaging even harder; my skin is on fire, and her finger is in my skin deep..i wanted to cry. She massaged each leg for 20 min and i almost cried. After massage, she brings hot towel. Towel is so hot, she throws, i mean THROWS IT, on my leg, and it burnt me, i screamed OUT LOUD. I asked if she can skip the towel bc i am burnt, she refuse to and cool down a towel to put it on my other leg. After painting my toes, all i could think was my hands. It's my hands turm. I'm terrified, but i went for it. Hands didn't hurt as much, becasue i kept pulling hands away if hurt a little. She never took all of the paint off, but that's ok. I mean what a torture! I am traumatized after...
