Good burger with many choices for toppings.

Their cooking practice is to smash the burger. It may be a great idea, but the resulting burger can fall apart in the bun and cause one to drop chunks of meat.

For a made-to-order burger, I would like some alternative to "American" cheese. There is none.

The best feature is the fries, but these can be inconsistent. The style is to cook them soft with no crunch, but occasionally you will get a batch that has a nice surface crunch and mouth feel. Those are 5-star, but uncommon. They have vinegar available for their fries! It would be even better if they had vinegar packets to match the ketchup packets.

It is good, but not usually great. It is custom in a mass-produced way. It is not up to the standards of a good burger in a pub, but it far surpasses their drive-thru...

This location is dropping the ball! Burger was made well except that they gave me raw onions. I forgot to specify cooked, and they did not ask like they usually do. Some of the fries were undercooked. There were at least 6 people working there that night (Nov 6th, after 8pm). And at least 3 of them were standing around doing nothing because it was not busy. There was 1 customer ahead of me when I got there, and at no point was the line deeper that 3 people. But the dining area was a mess! Tables covered with peanut shells, fries all over the floor, ketchup squirted on the counter under the ketchup dispenser. I'm never seen a five guys this dirty! I was there for over 25 minutes before 1 young lady grabbed a wet cloth and began to slowly wipe down the tables. I hope they found the time to clean up after...

Great burgers but had a problem here recently.

When I walked in to order dinner, I noticed that every worker was wearing a mask and gloves, except for one. The woman handling/restocking the toppings (pickles, lettuce, etc.) was wearing her mask half way around her mouth so her nose, and part of her mouth at times, was exposed. What good does a mask do if you're breathing all over the food?!! Especially during a pandemic! Businesses, especially restaurants, need to be more aware of this.
