Extremely negligent of the teens in there care, they do not understand substance abuse dissorder, eating dissorders, or basic mental health needs, there “treatment” to kids who are dealing with addiction is to isolate them from peers and treat them like children. Staff are aware when CHILDREN are using and proceed to take no action. This place should be shut down or investigated, main issue is the program director Rebeca smith treating the children with favoritism. If she doesn’t like you YOU WILL BE AWARE. she’s made me and multiple other teens there feel HORRIBLE about ourselves. When we’re supposed to be getting help. Clinician Jackie surdan and Michelle Burton were the only admins who made me and other teens there feel like they werent crazy and there are good staff who make us feel like we belong so thank you to those staff for making me and others feel like we have a place. I have filed a 51A against Waltham house and have started the process of having them investigated. This place is absolutely horrendous. They barely care about the kids even though they claim to, they treat the people there like trash, and they're willing to send the CHILDREN who live there into abusive situations with no line of contact for help. I am utterly disgusted with this place that claims to be a safe space. How could you fail these teenagers who have already been failed again and again? I wish i could give this place zero stars but it wouldn't even start to explain my absolute hatred for this place and the people...

Aris here 👋🏽 I was a SUPER LOST, UPSET AND CONFUSED Person here. They taught me how to be my natural self. I had Family & I've been places I take MY OWN Family now! The Staff where AMAZING even when annoying lol GREAT SAFE & TRUSTED PLACE, if anyone's young ones stray from home on a path to "find"-themselves. I would definitely talk to my Kids about this option first had it come down to it.
