Today, I came back to delete the review I wrote last year. We were there with family today. Because of Ramadan, it was very crowded, although we hadn’t made a reservation. The restaurant staff were so helpful, so attentive to everything and everyone, even though it was busy. They showed so much respect to the customers and were so polite, it felt like the workers there had 20 years of experience.
We’ve been to many restaurants in the U.S., but no restaurant shows this much respect to its customers. It feels like you’re at a family restaurant (house 😉), as if everyone there were your brothers and sisters. For those of us who are from Asia, especially the Middle East, showing respect to guests is very important, and this restaurant fully embodies that respect. This applies to both the restaurant atmosphere and its staff.
As for the food, I don’t think anywhere else in the U.S. offers this quality to customers. I believe they use the best ingredients. They provide free tea, free hummus with bread, etc., and you can take as much as you like. You’ll never see a frown on their faces. Their kebabs are made with the best meat, especially the Adana kebab—you must try it. We always get their kebabs because they’re truly delicious. Honestly, we’d love to eat there every day, for both lunch and dinner. Anyway, you should definitely go and try it.
Don’t forget to enter your phone number when paying because you can earn points with every food order for next order😆☺️😉😉. Sometimes it’s 5%, and sometimes it’s 20%, depending on the amount of food you order. With these points, you can even get free walnut baklava. I’m sure you’ll become a regular customer after just one visit. Once again, thank you very much for your hospitality and the quality of your food. We’ll definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷
I forgot about the cakes 😋😋, don't forget to order pistachio garden...
Read moreUpdate : After posting my review, the restaurant owner personally reached out to investigate the issue. She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that they have modified their system to ensure reservations are fully confirmed moving forward. I truly appreciate her proactive response and commitment to maintaining the restaurant’s reputation.
As regular guests, it’s reassuring to see that they take customer feedback seriously and are working to improve. I hope future visits will reflect this positive change. Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Rude Staff
I had an awful experience at this restaurant when they canceled our Iftar reservation last minute after repeatedly lying to us. First, the staff denied having a reservation under my name. Then, they claimed I must have called the wrong number and booked at another restaurant. When I showed my call log proving I had called their number, they still insisted it wasn’t their number. To make matters worse, when I called the number from my log, their restaurant phone rang—exposing their blatant dishonesty.
Even after all this, the staff falsely claimed that I had called to cancel the reservation (which never happened) and asked us to leave, saying there was no table for us. The woman we dealt with was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing no remorse for ruining our Iftar plans.
This level of dishonesty and lack of hospitality is truly shocking. If you’re looking for a place that values its customers and keeps its word, I highly recommend...
Read moreFood is very disappointing. Just moved from Atlanta and had the first meal in Boston. Saw good reviews and came. The atmosphere is great. It feels like a great place to be. Unfortunately, everything I ate is not a patch on the mediterranean food in Atlanta. The steak wrap was so chewy, it was inedible. I expect a little chewiness from lamb. Not steak. Even after cutting it with a knife, it was totally devoid of taste. The baba ghanoush was very creamy. Not enough eggplant. It's the first time I had Syrian bread. The photo made it look like Lebanese bread. This was a thin crispy bread that just doesn't go with the baba ghanoush. The bread that came with the complimentary hummus also does not go well with it. The hummus on the other hand was decent.
I was thinking of coming back and trying the Adana kabab and the gyro, but I'll pass.
Edit: The fact that the owner responds to these reviews is an excellent reason to try the place again. Next time I'll talk directly with the owner if I have an issue. It's possible that this is a different preparation of both the bread and the baba ghanoush. It's possible it's prepared differently in the South. But it's also very close to what I have eaten in the middle east and Turkey. Anyway, will update this review after...
