The place is gorgeous but I really wish fellow dog owners would respect the leash rule on the trails. I picked this spot instead of many other parks in the area because it said dogs need to be leashed. There are so many off leash areas anyways just respect the rules! I don’t care if your dog is friendly— my senior dog can’t see and when your dog runs up to sniff mine he may bite yours. I told one owner this and she said she would understand if mine bit hers but that isn’t the point. Mine might bite and hers might bite or attack mine back. I felt uncomfortable trying to check it out the museum and know how it worked to visit, she treated us very bad, then acted like she didn’t understand me lol. I left the place saying I didn’t want to go inside because how rude she treated my parents and I. If you work with the public, be nice.
