The franchiser doesn't seem to care much about how his employees conduct themselves and treat customers. There's an older man working there who looks like he's in his 50s or 60s and I've never heard anyone say anything nice about the guy. In fact all I ever heard were negative stories but I don't judge people unless I see it for myself. Well I have. Every time I go there if he's working he's outside smoking and seems to be angry at having to come help me. So I never really paid it much attention but then I went there to load money onto my cash app that I had literally bought at that particular store. Well he flat out refused to even try to load the card and I later found out it was completely untrue and I now fill it there all the time, but not when he's working. Then today I went there to get cold medicine for my daughter who's sick and he was outside smoking when I pulled up. I noticed he had a tan brace on his wrist, trying to be polite I asked if something had happened. He literally just waived his hand like as if to tell me to shut my mouth, and then he aggressively and ignorantly waived me to the register. Like I said, all I was buying was Children's tylenol for one of my 4 kids. After scanning it I pulled out my wallet and he asked for my ID, which I don't understand I'm 38 years old and he knows I have several kids. But anyway, I only have an expired ID as I lost my wallet at work about a week ago. After looking at it he tells me "it's expired I can't sell to you" with a literal smirk on his face. I wonder if they would do anything about it before someone smacks that smirk off his miserable face. But no, I tried lodging a complaint and I got the runaround so that's why I'm posting this. I felt like I had no choice for this man's sake as well as the customers. He has gray hair, skinny glasses and a carpal tunnel brace on his right wrist. Read moreI've tried 3 times to do a pick up order from this store and each time they have 1/2 the items I need. I waste 1 hour filling in all the things I need add my coupons, etc. only to be showed an order confirmed with very few of the items I needed. I cancelled one but it's been over a week and I haven't received my credit yet. I call the store and get a whole story about having to contact corporate.....makes no sense considering I've been in retail management for years and a return takes less then 5 minutes. I will not shop at this store...
