When I was visiting my mother from out of state, I found out her stove wasn't working as it should. After going to a few different places, we went to Miller's and Ted helped us by explaining different stove options, the new features on the stoves--but not just that. He also told us how to fix the existing stove if we wanted to (we did end up buying a new stove). A big box store like Lowes or Menards wasn't going to give my parents the customer service they needed--but I feel confident that Ted and Millers will.
