At any rate giant eagle is a good store it is good brand names there but it can be a bit pricey they have a liquor store there as well newly opened up on elm road in Warren Ohio Warren plaza. They have a deli with freshly cut meats and cheeses. But I like to use my shopkick and other apps on there for scanning products getting points towards gift cards also on that app you can buy items at giant eagle for certain amount of points they are offering and it's very beneficial to everyone's pocketbook because they're advertising certain products in that store like giant eagle in Walmart and CVS Best Buy Target Ulta t.j.Maxx just to name a few. Then when you walk out of the liquor section turn left then turn left again in there are cards for holidays such as Valentine's day and any other holiday you may need a card for. Caring for a sick loved one I decided to take a short trip to the Elm rd Giant Eagle. I've been shopping there since they've been at the elm rd plaza. In the past couple years I always laughed off that their deli has left their work stations early or refused to cut anything because they chose to clean the sliders prior to close. No big deal, kept shopping there. Then today, I was on their specific Elm rd store site looking for a product because for the life of me, I've never had to buy it so I checked to see if they even had it. Walked up to the pharmacy where not a soul was in line, right in front of aisle 16. I got the look of having 3 heads and 4 of them stood behind the counter, the pharmacist advising that he doesn't know because he doesn't stock the shelves. The girl referred me to customer service. I walk over, handed her my phone, showed her the product. With their actual sku #. Her response was to check with the pharmacy. I advised they just directed me to you guys. Then, she advises she's never heard of it before, asks the guy next to her in customer service. He said check aisle 15or 16(Where i just searched for 20 minutes) but he doesn't know if they would have it or not. Here's a thought, you have a sku # a customer in showing you, you have my phone in your hand. How about look it up?!?! I had a buggy full of groceries as I have for the past 35 years there. It'll be my last time I spend a dime in your store. That grocery cart can sit in the aisle 16 and rot, or maybe, just maybe your lazy customer service employees with noone in line have...

Older lady working the self check out today 1/20 at 230 pm, in self check out /the 10 items or less registers was very unprofessional and very rude. And her only job was to help customers at the self check out. With her personality idk how she got the job, but she had the personality for stocking Shelves NOT assisting customers because she definitely can't do that. She realllllly needs an attitude check especially because I approached her with a smile just trying to self check out. I had maybe 12 items(I thought it was just the self-checkout not 10 items or less) and she FREAKED out shouted "10 ITEMS OR LESS!" like ok what're you WPD??? LOL. . So I just went to a different register not a big deal & I look over and she's over there complaining about people who go over there and try to use the self-checkout . . Isn't that what it's there for ??? Maybe she should start ringing out customers at the register and the lines wouldn't be so long . Wow I'll go to jamestown Giant eagle from now on.
