Taco Bell — Restaurant in Warren

If I could give this minus stars I would. Ordered online and paid in the parking lot. Lights on, doors locked, went through drive thru that seemed to take a really long time only to discover that something appeared to be wrong with the computer system on the drive through ordering machine that you talk into. No sign on it just Weird computer wording. Made it to the window. Saw a worker inside. Waited patiently. No one came to the window. Beeped, someone walked by. Called on the phone, rang approximately 15-20 times. Phone picked up, no voices, they hung up. Called back, they picked up didn't listen to my full talking, they hung up. Called a 3rd time, phone picked up, no one talked, I said I ordered and paid online and no one said anything so I said I was going to call corporate and added that I was seeing other cars were blocked in, they hung up on me again 3rd time!!! Ridiculous!!! I called corporate but of course they were already closed and there was no where to leave a message on their automated (another issue). It was about 9:15 when I placed my order and this location was open until midnight. I left and pulled right back in from the street and after knocking on the side parking lot door, tried the front door and it opened. There were 2 women workers who seemed surprised I came in. Then the one says "mobile order?" Like nothing happened and she says we have no workers. I get my food and let them know I waited an hour and that there were more customers in drive through (realized later it was 45 minutes from when I placed the order) and I didn't have to show them anything. They had it and knew what it was. Then they walked away with not so much as a word, so very rude and disrespectful to customers. Gives taco bell a bad name. Worst service I've had probably almost anywhere ever. There were still a line of customers in the drive through when I left. If they can't serve customers, they need to put a sign on the drive through and on the doors and drive up window and close down. Duh! By the time I got home my food was cold my freeze was melting and I wondered if they did something to my food and whether I would get sick or not. That remains to be seen but the food still tasted good even though cold. My nacho chips were broken. Disappointed. Wrong workers here. Find better ones! I still plan on calling taco...

I just had a very embarrassing moment here! These people should be ashamed of themselves. I was picking up for a delivery and I was told after the second employee asked my why I was there that they supposedly made the order already and someone took it. Ok, so someone comes in and steals the order and leaves the drink sitting here? The employee then continued to make fun of me of how I was speaking and was making "der ,der! " sounds. So they end up "remaking" the order and of course said employee was visually upset about having to make it. He proceeded to walk up front and ask if anyone needed their order taken and a gentleman said that he did and he said" would you mind using the kiosk behind you" and then walked back to the line, continuing to talk about me and the way I was talking to another employee and then at the same time I hear the girl at the drive thru register saying"der!" So they CLEARLY have no issue of making fun of someone with a disability... I hope they pull the footage and see where you two that I'm referring to are doing that and that you are HELD accountable for your actions. I was very nice and not rude to any of you and it's a shame that you felt the need to verbally make fun of me and the way I talk. This happened on 3/16/2025...

When you work in a restaurant or fast-food you have a new outlook of what goes on behind the scenes changes your outlook.. I worked at this fast food restaurant a very long time ago.No names..... There was a woman running the drive-thru. She had a Howland officer come through order food. So happens .I made the officers food. so happens after the officer leaves the woman running drive-thru comes and tells me how she is f$#@+-& the officer on the side. So happens. hours later a Warren City officer comes in the drive thru. So happens. I make that officers food too. So happens after the officer leaves the woman running drive-thru comes over and tells me how she is f&_$+-& that Warren City officer too....she then proceeds to tell me how she has multiple children with Warren City officers and has multiple children with Howland officers.. I was kind of in shock.. that was a very long time ago.. this is...
