I had a very upsetting experience yesterday. Two weeks ago, I had my nails done, and the person doing my nails was too rough with the drill, which causing me to bleed. This wasn’t the first time it had happened, so I left a review to share my experience and hopefully help the business improve. To my surprise, the owner reached out by email, apologized, and asked me to give them a second chance. I agreed and went back yesterday hoping things would be better. But after my nails were done, the manager told me I was no longer welcome at the salon just because of my review. I was shocked, especially since the owner had previously apologized and asked me to return. I respected that and gave them another chance, but instead of addressing my concerns, I was turned away. When a customer leaves a review, whether positive or negative, it’s an opportunity for the business to learn and improve. Telling customers not to come back just because they offered honest feedback is unacceptable. Refusing to accept criticism or treating customers poorly only hurts your reputation. I will not be returning to L&L Nails. I hope the owner sees this review and realizes how important it is to treat all customers with respect, no matter what kind of feedback they give. Listening and responding to concerns is how you build loyal customers, not the...
Read moreWorst experience ever! I would NOT recommend this place. It is very dirty. The gentleman doing my nails did a horrible job. Cut my cuticles not once but twice and never said sorry. Then he used the set of nail clips and files out of his drawer and when he was done with mine, he put them back in and never sanitized them. Usually, they open a fresh package but not here. So who ever got their nails done after mine will have the same equipment he cut me with. Then my toenail had a small tear in it so instead of gluing it before you polished it he put the glue on top of the polished nail and got it all over my skin. He didn't speak any bit of English so when I said something all he did was smile. It is ridiculous that I spent $75 for this kind of service. The worst part is that they are NOT sanitary at all. I walked out with nails that I could have done a better job polishing and my feet were not soft at all. They just rush you to get you out because they have 3 other people in there complaining as well. I hope people read this before...
Read moreI had the absolute best experience here. The woman and man working were related, but they were so friendly I will only come back here to get my nails done. Usually I feel alienated when going to nail shops but here the owner didn't carry on side conversations while she was doing my nails, and made sure I felt "included" the whole time. She made my experience personal, rather than just another client. And I walked in at 6 when they close at 7. Even though she knew I might push her closing time, she still took her time and made sure my pedicure came out perfect. I'm also very indecisive when it comes to choosing my color, but she told me what was really popular and what polishes she's found don't chip as much and what her other clients really like to wear. As a business owner, I could tell she actually knew what she was talking about, rather than try to just sway me to use the cheaper polish to save on business cost. I was...
