Sterling Lanes — Local services in Sterling Heights

I went for my 1st quartermania...I didn't know what to expect but I had a very good time, except towards to end. There were people with small children, according to what I was told they were one of the vendors children. They were getting tired n started running around. No big deal there. What was REALLY upsetting, I purchased 40.00 worth of drawing tickets. There's no guarantee to win it just you take a chance. But one of the baskets went missing. And I had over 10 tickets in it. To find out when I asked what happened, this basket was up front on the ladies table that ran the party. I didn't have a chance to win it Cause she took it. She walked out with it as soon as she finshed with the bidding. If I were anyone else that is planning a party to make money for a good cause. I'd make sure this won't happen to them. The vendors I met, were really nice. Very helpful n I would give them a 10...cause they were great. I'd be afraid to walk away from my table, with my supplies on it, if people could just grab what they want n leave. Up to this point I was planning on trying out 2 other parties. But after tonight no thank you. I won't be returning to any other party. But I am going to do outside orders from 3 of the vendors. Great friendly people. Can't give them...

To start out it was very outdated. Then me and a friend got the special which was 10.95 for all you can bowl. We payed and got put on a lane. As we were putting our shoes on we got a very important text and we realized we could only stay for about a half hour. We kindly ask the man at the counter if we could change it to 2 games instead of the unlimited rate. He proceeded to tell us it was too late and we could not change it and he would not give a refund. That's not even the worst of it the first lane we were put on the screen wouldn't even turn on for us to enter our names. So he proceeded to put us on another lane, oh I forgot to mention I don't think they have oil the lanes in at least a month. Would not...

I have bowled in a lot of different houses. But since coming over to Sterling lanes I have had the best service from them. The entire staff will make you feel at home. They greet you coming in and leaving. And the are great with setting a family up for a fun night bowling. And the other nice feature is the pro shop were they don't just try to sell you a bowling ball they want to know your needs for that new ball and show all pros and cons on what you are buying. Even after your ball is done they would like you to take and throw the ball a few times before leaving with it. If an adjustment is needed they are on it.
