Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

This is the worst little caesars. I've already been getting fed up with the long wait times, poor service, and crappy food. But this last time me and my boyfriend went was off the charts awful. We ordered a deep dish meat lovers pizza, a cheese bread, and crazy bread. They called soon after we placed the order to let us know they were out of the dough for the deep dish and that we'd be getting a regular meat lovers. While we appreciated the call, we didn't receive any kind of refund for the deep dish, considering there is a 3-4 dollar price difference between that and the regular pizza. When we got to the restaurant we went in to pick up our food, and as per usual it took about 10 minutes for them to help us and give us what we ordered. We also ended up not receiving our cheese bread, and instead received two crazy breads without notice. We both noticed when we went it that 2 of the employees in the kitchen were not wearing hats, which is the standard practice for a place that serves food. It should be noted that I've had several other normal or standard experiences at this location prior to my latest adventure. I walked into this location to place my order at 6pm. My order was 1 custom, 1 cheese and 1 crazy bread. I anticipated a 15 minute wait, however I didn't leave with my pizza order in hand until 6:55pm. Extremely unacceptable! It was noted by staff that my wait had become long about 20 minutes in, no communication was made directing to me but I heard them taking and they were pointing at me. So I figured ok they're on it, I was told 2 different times that my pizza had just went into the oven only to find out that was not true, so they lied to me. Once they finally did for real put pizza in the manager accepted responsibility by offering a free 2 liter and crazy bread. I later found out on line that if you order on line you get a free 2 liter, so essentially I got nothing to make things right. Im an understanding person so I asked what happened and no one had any clue as to where the break down was. Honestly the WORST service. Placed an online order at 5:24 for pick up at 6:45. Get in there and the “system went down” say it’s gonna be 20-30 minutes. We ask for a refund because why should we have to continue to wait-that’s the point of ordering ahead and they said they can’t give me a refund. Well I’m getting notifications an hour later where my order stands. I go back in to get my refund and your manager on duty is just shouting from the back that the system was down and wouldn’t even address or speak to us leaving the poor young man at the front counter to deal with all the upsets. There were multiple people who had ordered and they had no orders for them. We ask for the refund to be processed now and the manager again just yells from the back “I’ll process it later” not once stopping and talking to us. She was rude to us and the employee. Whoever was the manager on duty needs training on customer service. Second time we’ve ordered from this location and never got our food.
