The Original Buscemis — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Bad experience. Used to come here everyday because I loved the pizza. However when it comes to the store taking ownership in selling opened products and not giving a refund there’s a problem. I’ve bought backwoods here before and was only sold 4 in a 5 pack. Which happens here & there. After work I bought a pack and until i got home I realized the pack was punctured and opened and all the woods were dry as sandpaper. I go here often so they know my face and refused to give me a refund even tho I returned within ten mins. Also the lady behind the pizza wanted to argue they were never opened but they were and you should never argue...

Coolers need to be looked at. Bought 2 drinks from 2 seperater coolers and both were barely cold when I opened them. I only stopped here because it was in my route for work and I wish I would have just been a little more patient for the next buscemis knowing the one I like to go to is also in my route, and they always have good food and their coolers are always cold.

Got 2 slices of square as well, who likes their pizza to crunch like chips? I don't. Every buscemis does it different but this place needs...

I came in just after they turned off their oven and they didn't have any pizza. It was my last night before leaving Michigan and I really wanted to have some of their pizza before I went. The guy turned the oven back on and made me a pizza!! And when I told him my family planned to eat some subs on the way home, he made them fresh and put the dressing on the side so they wouldn't get soggy. Now that is what I call customer...
