I had walked into this store to purchase a few phones and the "Phone Lisperer" behind the glass told me the phone was new after viewing the phone and showing the said "Lisperer" he then claimed the phone was used a short period by him and that they were under financial responsibility through At&t. I then viewed a few other of the same model he had and his story changed to that the phone's were a friend of his and that he could not tell his friend that he would not sell the phones and that they were not his. Very strange set of characters at this location. Terrible sales tactics and ethics presented. These guys will lie to you and tell you a phone is new when it has scratches and dents then claim it was used for a short amount of time. All the phones they sell are financed through cellular carriers meaning that the phones they sell are under financial responsibility and have the chance of blacklisting.
