On Thursday 11/21/19 I ordered from Little CAESARS 10 mile and Ryan location through the portal as I always do and has NEVER had a problem until that day I stated above. Let me say this I pass by other Little CAESARS locations to come to this one this one by far USED to be my favorite one. I always order a cheese pizza, crazy bread and I like the dipping sauces when my pizza usually is ready I get a email stating that didn’t get one this day so I waited and just finally decided to go in it was ready my name on the portal I put my three code number in and took my items out got my sauces looked at my pizza and it looked like they had just thrown it together bubbles were all in it the pizza sauce thrown everywhere. Never have my cheese pizza ever looked like this. I told the cashier that I wanted another pizza please I don’t like the way this looks the pizza remained there as he continued to take a Customer’s order as if I didn’t say a thing. Not ma’am I’ll take care of that or anything. It sat there for a while before the other cashier said ma’am is this your pizza I said yes it was but I would like another one because I didn’t like the way this one looks. She took it back and another person comes out and says to me that because I ordered from the portal that I’ll have to pay $5.30 for another pizza 🤔 At this point I’m very confused to why is it that I’m giving you back the pizza that looks like you just threw together and wanting a freshly made which I paid for in the beginning and I have to pay for it because I ordered through the portal. I work in Customer Service I’m all about treating my customers with respect and responding to their needs and concerns I would NEVER had treated them like I was treated. Let me continue when I finally received it and got home it was the same pizza with a little cheese and sauce thrown over that bubble 🤭I couldn’t believe it you would do your customers like that the reason why you get a paycheck is because of your customers 🤔 I called up there’s to speak with the manager Alexis she listened to everything I spoke about in this review and took my name and number and apologized and is accommading me at a later date. I will bless someone else with that pizza if and when I decide to go back to get it. Read moreThis is the worst little caesars I have ever been to. I came in on a Saturday and the store manager gave My food to some one else. When I came in to get My food I purchased with my receipt that had my name on it from the credit card I use that's in my name. I tried to explain to the store manager that it was my order that I am the person that placed the order and I could show him my ID. But the person who took my order was on break to verify who i was i couldnt get my order i said id wait Then the store manager proceeded to tell me that he was going to call the police on me because I wanted to wait for my food that I ordered it was my son's birthday and he wanted Little Caesars Pizza so I waited I waited an hour and 20 minutes for two hot and ready and two breadsticks that the store manager handed to another person and threatened to call the police on me because I wanted to wait for my food and every single customer that came in while I was standing in there he told them it would be 20 to 30 minute wait for any order every single time I go into this Little Caesars and it's the only one that's around me there's constantly await a line out the door this store manager is not up to par and definitely needs to be fired and every time I go in there to ask if you guys are hiring for managers because it's clearly is not being ran properly you definitely need new managers in this facility to boost morale for these customers this store could be making so much more money they are literally throwing money for this company in the garbage and to top it all off when I did get my food home the breadsticks were undercooked barely had anything on them the pizza was not cut it was awful just all...
Read moreI recently stopped working at this Little Caesars after trying my best to stick it out, but the work environment became unbearable due to the complete lack of accountability from management.
When leadership changed, the store went downhill fast. Scheduling was posted late, food quality dropped, and employees were either fired over questionable reasons or thrown onto the floor with no real training. Crew was left running shifts for hours without a manager on duty, despite not having the access or authority needed to handle refunds, customer issues, or proper operations. Meanwhile, management (Daniel) would disappear for hours at a time to sit in his car under the influence, leaving the store understaffed and unsupported.
Even worse were the food safety and sanitation problems:
-The store operated for over 30 hours without running water.
-Mold is visible on a back wall.
-Maggots were found in trash cans.
-Moldy cheese was used after simply picking the mold out.
-The dish area was always filthy with hair and heavy buildup. (And much more)
These are serious violations that put both employees and customers at risk. Tina (the supervisor over this store and several others) is aware of these issues and has done nothing about them going so far as to leave me on read when I brought these issues to her. Daniel, the store manager at this location, is also aware and has done nothing.
I truly enjoyed working for Little Caesars at first and had hoped to build a future here. I’ve always worked hard, held myself to high standards, and stepped up when needed. But under this management, the store is unsafe, unprofessional, and not a place I can recommend, either as a workplace or as a place...
