Since covid there’s not many places open late at night anymore. I work nights and my Lunch break is after 1am. This BK is one of the two closest places open that serves hot food so I come here often. Today is Saturday night/Sunday morning. I figured it would be a little busy so I placed an online order. When I arrived I realized there were more cars than I had anticipated and would’ve been waiting in the drive through for most of, if not my whole lunch break. I decided to call and ask if they did curbside. They informed me they do not and the inside closed at 10:30. I decided to let them know I was on lunch break ask placed an online order which I already paid for, asked if it was a possibility if they could bring it out to me since the line was so long and I’d be spending basically my whole lunch break for an order I placed and paid for already. Whoever answered the phone. (Very sweet girl) said that she would bring it out to me and asked me to pull to the door. 🥹 I can’t express how thankful I am because of this person. I hadn’t eaten anything since earlier Friday afternoon, I would have been late coming back to work and wouldn’t have had much time to eat either. Her kindness is greatly appreciated because she did not have to do that!! The food was great also, it was hot and fresh and even didn’t take more than five minutes for it to be done. Read moreService, quality, and accuracy at this location have been going downhill for quite some time. Today, staff not taking drive through orders in a timely fashion (I waited 3-5 minutes without being greeted.) I did try speaking in case someone inside could hear me or their notification system wasn't working properly. Received no response. During this time 4 other cars lined up behind me in the drive through line. I eventually parked and went inside, noticing that there was only 1 car at the drive through window ahead of me.
5 staff appeared to be working inside at the time. No staff greeted me until completing the one previous drive through customercs order. During this time no orders were taken from other people still in drive through line (they had them played overhead in the prep area so I could hear when anyone spoke).
I'm not sure what was occupying all the employees, why they could not take additional drive through orders, or could not greet a customer entering the store in any way.
After finally getting the food it wasn't very warm and the order had incorrect items (although nothing severe enough to go back to resolve). The corporate chat bot was very helpful in providing resolution to that issue.
Please work on issues inspecting service and quality. This has been my go to location for years and would like to see it return to it's formerly...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Simplest order. Ordered a stacker king with no tomatoes. Specified sandwich only, no combo. Cashier asked if I wanted cheese. I said cheese already comes on sandwich. So he said ok and put "no cheese" on order. I told him that's wrong and that now he was specifying not to put any cheese on sandwich. He corrected it and then put "add tomatoes" on order. I again told him no tomatoes. He said ok and then charged $10.58. I asked him if that was the sandwich only and he said yeah so I paid. He then handed me a cup and gave me receipt that showed combo. I have him the cup back and told him I only ordered sandwich. He looked confused, apologized and handed me back the cup because he didn't know how to refund order. I just took it. On top of that, receipt still said "add tomatoes." I called for another employee to make the correction on the sandwich and she said she would let the preparer know. Got my order, sat down and bit right into a group of tomatoes. Too many other restaurant options in this area to waste time coming back here. Filled out their receipt survey stating the same.
