First let me say that I went to fabrics affair in troy thinking this place must have what I need . But really nothing but beginner style boutique or maybe hobby shop .

I did another search on google for fabrics store troy mi . And I came cross this place. The Fabric Boutique .

I went there with my wife to get custom fabric for special event and wow we were impressed with the new owner.

You will find large selection of fabrics plus staff on deck ready to fire and help you out, they can provide very fast and efficient alteration .

Pros : staff very friendly , clean shop, easy transaction , and affordable pricing.

Cons : they were little too busy it took little longer for my transaction however it's good sign that they apologize for little wait . It didn't bother me at all .

They also have large sections for cute girls head bands and women accessories , I would love it if they start selling event shoes for Woman's.

I love this place & the owner. My bridesmaids dress (ordered from an online store) had not been delivered in time for the wedding I was walking in. So I walked into The Fabric Boutique at 4pm, a day before the wedding, sobbing. The owner was so sweet and made me feel so much better. She chose a dress for me that would match the bridal party and it fit me like a glove. Because of this emergency situation, she had her seamstresses stop other alterations so they can hem my dress, which I truly appreciated so so much! I don’t know what I would do without her help or her team!!!! I recommend her 1000x!
