Casper Burger & Escalope — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

The room was recommended this place by the new guy he said it was his favorite swarma place so we had to check it out

One of the guys got this 15 dollar burger and man we all told him it was a bit steep but dang this burger was huge. It could probably feed 4 men if they had a protein shake to go with it. Burger was crazy multiple patties a chicken breast and probably 2 sides of fries between two toasted buns. That looked great.

The new guy got us an order of their version of the loaded fries(sir is a gentlemen and a scholar) it was tasty with the special sauce making it better that most of the Loaded fries I've had. Not that many of of the the guys partook I did expect them them to be more spicy than they were.

Biggest complaint I have about our order probally the fries ... Or lack there of... Most of the guys around 12 ordered and no fries at all besides that loaded order.. not sure if the website messed up or they were suppose to be in swamras but weren't but whatever main reason I didn't give a higher rating.

on to the main event THE SWARMA RATING the sauce was amazing mushrooms were so good in that sauce

Chicken was fatless which I always appreciate. But other than that under that tasty sauce it was not swarma seasoned well and kinda dry

My wife and I split one then split another an hour after our one year old went to bed. Noticed that the second one had a lot less chicken and was filled with peppers reminded me of the way royal does large orders

An absolute zero stars for me. A first timer but I know I won't be returning. It took about 5-10 minutes for our waitress to even come to our table. When it came time to wait for our food, we waiting a good 20 minutes for 2 meals and then she said our 3rd order would be just a few more minutes. 10 minutes later, she came back and asked what we were missing. Shouldn't you know what our missing order is, if you are out waitress that took the order? Then she said it would be out shortly. Waited an additional 10-15 minutes for it to finally come out. By the time it came out, we were ready to leave and sent it back. Then when we asked for our bill, it took another 5-10 minutes. We were about to pay and then noticed she didn't even take off the order that we didn't want anymore. After she went to take that meal off our bill, still ended up waiting about 5 minutes. I couldn't get out of this place soon enough. Management definitely needs to reevaluate their staff, customer service and the way they treat their customers. Don't keep telling me another 10 minutes, another 10 minutes. Just tell me the order didn't get put in and they're making it now. I'd rather you tell me the truth than continuously lie to me about it. There are definitely too many teenage kids just standing around, kicking food around on the floor. 🙄🤦‍♀️ If you like their food, maybe go to their other location. Hopefully it's...

Summary: They gotta be trolling

Full review: Let me paint you a picture. So there I was wondering where me and my family should eat and so I thought let’s go to my favorite burger spot. We ordered and it took a while to get the food but to be honest we didn’t mind because the food would be worth it. If you order from here all their entrees come with fries but ours didn’t come with fries. But hey it’s ok there was only one chef cut him some slack. We got some curly fries for 5 bucks and expected curly fries. When I say I hesitated when picking up the fries I’m not joking cuz I thought bro was joking. He was dead serious. That jawn had fries I could count by looking at once. My baby cousin could finish that junk by himself and he’s gen alpha that only eats chicken nuggets on his iPad. I can’t explain how funny it look until I realized I paid for it.

Conclusion: Clearly not what it used to be and clearly no longer my go to burger place. Burgers were alright nothing crazy but my review comes from no fries with entrees like they offer online and I’ve been eating here for a while so I know they do. And that joke of a portion in curly fries.

Eat here if u want I don’t really care but I’m lowkey kinda...
