Terrible Experience – Stay Away!
I am deeply disappointed to write this review for "Najeeb Kabob House". My family and I have been loyal customers for over 10 years, but our recent experiences have been nothing short of terrible.
Horrible Customer Service: The staff has become extremely rude and unhelpful. It's clear they no longer care about their customers or providing a welcoming experience.
Price Increase + Food Reduction: They’ve hiked up the prices of their combo meals and drastically reduced the portions. The "Combo for 5" is now barely enough to feed 3 people. It feels like a rip-off every time we order.
Food Quality is Declining: The food quality has gone downhill. Every time we order, we're left surprised (and not in a good way). It’s like they’ve completely stopped caring about taste or presentation.
Ridiculous Dine-In Charges: If you decide to eat at the restaurant, be prepared to pay an even higher price than their already overpriced menu! I’m not talking about tips – it feels like you’re being charged just to sit at their table.
Honestly, unless you are absolutely desperate and have no other options, do not go here. It’s a terrible experience all around, and I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreDecent food. Nothing special about it. Ordered 2 chicken cream chop sandwiches, 1 chicken Tikka sandwich and 1 potato sandwich. All of them were dry and mostly bland but definitely not the worst I have had. Quantity of meat was very generous. Menu for sandwiches states that it comes with a soft drink (pop) but when I asked for it after paying for the meal, they said menu needs to be updated and nothing comes with it. I asked them to remove the clearly stated wording of free drink from the single menu they use to show customers. In any case, if you're in bind and have no other choice,...
