Brought back Idaho potatoes that I bought sold in a 10 lb potato bag because most of the potatoes were green. Horrible customer service from Value Fresh. How did the stroppy female worker who's obese, short, with light brown hair in a ponytail respond? She was arrogant, condescending, rude, and patronising to me and she doesn't even know me. She just treats a customer with such disregard and arrogance? She beckoned me with her finger to come back to the customer service counter, looked me sternly in the eyes, and said in a condescending tone, "That bag of 10 lbs of potatoes you returned only was 7 lbs!" I said "I can't weigh them at home!" She interrupted me and said accusingly, "You used some of 'em. ....She was so busy being a bully she forgot I said that when I first came up to the service counter that a lot of the potatoes were wasted and cut up, and binned because they were green... she continued, "I refunded you, I'm letting you know that I'm never going to refund you if you don't bring back the exact amount of something you buy like you're supposed to. I won't give you a refund again!" How dare she treat a customer so rudely and be so accusatory and cause any customer to feel like they're to blame and they better not cross her!?? What the he ll? Read moreThis review is directed specifically for the deli manager. I ordered 4 full slabs of ribs on Monday, the 4th of August, for a pickup time of 5:00, on Thursday, August 8th. I thought that was plenty of time, but obviously not enough, as when I arrived on the agreed upon date and time, the ribs were not only not ready, they hadn't even been cooked!!! I might have understood that, if I hadn't placed the order specifically with the manager. I understand that it's a very busy store, however, you'd like to be able to count on management to do something as simple as place a note, with an order, as large and as simple as 4 slabs of ribs. There was even a contact number, left with the order, to call if there was going to be any problem. Not only no call was made, but no note was given to the deli staff! I truly hope that "Sarah", the deli manager, doesn't forget to have your special order, prepared on time, or even the same day, as needed. Then, on top of it all, they were sent home UNDERCOOKED!!! Think twice before leaving Sarah anything for her...

An employee had to get me a push cart at the service desk,put all my food in it. Which I pushed in the direction it was headed to the door that said exit. "Wait," the employee said rudely. "I need to see your receipt. I need to know what you got in that cart you gonna take it out this way.Wait, I gotta see what this girl taking." Accused of shoplifting, I was. I gave her my reciept. I told her I just handed in my handicapped cart and the employee gave me this cart. Sign said exit and my car is in the handicapped spot right outside the door. She pushed the receipt back at me and walked away. If you want and like to be treated rudely at a place you are going to spend time and money, this is your supermarket. I will not return. My new name for this chain, Criminal Fresh Market. If people gave this market good reviews, they must be used to being treated poorly on...
